It was amazing! As I was looking for vitamins in the vitamin aisle, a CVS staff working asked me if I needed help? I was blown away. I have never had a CVS worker ask me if I needed help. When I found the vitamin, there were two choices so I went to the pharmacy. A pharmacy staff worker didn't know the answer and took the initiative to ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist greeted me and explained the difference in a very kind way. On top of that, the vitamins were buy one, get one free! Also, there was staff diversity and that was nice. Management is doing an excellent job at that store.

The pharmacy is horrible! My daughter has a diagnosis of Autism and several emotional disorders that require daily medication to function in school and in society. Every month I pick up my refil prescriptions and they bill to the wrong insurance. So a 10 minute trip to CVS turns into a 30 minute stay. Once or twice is understandable but every month for the last 2 years is ridiculous! I only stay here out of close proximity to my home. If you are new do not select this as your pharmacy!

Terrible customer service!!! I’ve called them several times across 4-5 days, with no answer AND no callback to ask them a question that would take 30 seconds to answer! Go somewhere else!

They are terrible! My daughter’s pediatric sent the prescription at the CVS location at 6100 High Bridge in Bowie. I did not get a call to inform me of the status of the order, therefore, I went to inquire and I was told my daughter’s prescription could not be filled until the next day. After I insisted, the order was sent to the CVS at 1910 Crain Hwy in Bowie, and I was advised that it would be ready in one hours. I went there two hours later to pick the prescriptions up and it was not ready; both CVS locations are a beauty! Hire competent people based on merit.

The staff needs training on processing prescriptions. For example, run it through insurance before the customer gets there in order to eliminate enormous loss of time. Double check that the correct prescription was filled. It seems the customer has to wait and move to another area when this mistake is made. Extremely inconvenient and annoying when it continues to happen.

This CVS was nice but now it appears it’s not managed at all. Drive thu closes whenever they like, they shut down and everyone goes to lunch and come back late. Why not go in shifts??♀️ and the error with prescriptions concern me a lot!

Christian was very patient and helpful. For some reason, all of us customers were tugging at him for questions, but he exuberated excellent customer service, never once seeming frustrated. Thank you for your help!

Slow drive-in pharmacy service, pharmacy always understaffed. Better try somewhere else. Heard Amazon is now doing prescriptions, would surely work for maintenance drugs. Long line & wait at CVS is very disappointing but corporate doesn’t care since they get a big market share of the business.

I scheduled a 9am COVID-19 "drive thru" test today. I arrived 10 mins. early and drove to the pharmacy window to a sign that read, "Drive Thru Closed ". I then went inside the CVS to go to the pharmacy and there were several people in line in front of me. We learned that the pharmacists called out and a back-up pharmacist needed to open the dept. which explained why an employee was sitting in a chair on the outside of the pharmacy. After waiting 30+ mind, I leftt...extremely annoyed at the lack of professionalism, punctuality and respect for people's time. There was a total of 4 people in line off and on. None of the employees apologized to us, gave any updates or even cared about the inconvenience that was caused. This explains why the poor store rating!

Almost everyone in the pharmacy has an attitude and it's only 9am. Millicent at the window is extremely rude and rolled her eyes the entire time. I was told there is not a prescription for me, but there was. My doctors office had to go back and forth and tell this place because they accepted the prescription. I asked to speak to a manager and she was worse, very rude and unkind (Amanda). I will NEVER pick up a prescription at this pharmacy again. Management, why is your staff so angry first thing in the morning? Poor customer service.ONLY POSITIVE: There is a young lady name Chelby who is very polite and helpful. Chelby was the only person without a bad attitude. I can tell she doesn't want to be grouped of the unprofessional pack at this location. A manager needs to step in FAST! GOOD LUCK to the only great employee, Chelby.

Not sure why but the pharmacy is extremely slow, and the staff doesn't seem to understand customer service or personalities matter. Pharmacy order came in at 130pm -- just got ready at 8pm.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the area. Prescriptions are never done on time, the lines are long and the Pharmacist are all rude in uncooperative. They have stop answering phones, so you have to go in just to ask questions, and then come back to finally get your prescriptions. I wish I could talk to someone about my complaints

On the evening of 28JUN 2023, I experienced a nice wait time of nearly an hour to pick up an order from the drive thru window. Each car was practically 10-15 minutes transactions and not sure why. Early 45 minutes later when it was my turn at the window, I saw the sign taped to the window stating they are short and to be patient. I was there for two pick up, myself and my spouse. First order from providing information to delivery of medication was about 8-12 minutes. I reminded theI was here for two and was told to hold. Held for another 7-10 minutes just to give the information, then waited another 7-10 minutes for delivery of the items.I saw two pharmacists working and one of them appeared to just be walking back and fourth not really helping or assisting anyone in particular for the near 20 minutes I was at the pick up window for. The other one who was working the counter and pick up window in a rotation was clearly not in the mood or had any sense of urgency which only made everything that much more annoying.Management team this is completely unexceptional and hope this bring much needed attention to the matter.Ps. The sign does not help.
