The male and female pharmacist are rude. Worst customer service. Not helpful and they don't care about the patient.

The worse experience. All staff in this branch have no desire to help anyone. They will literally tell you anything to get you out of thier faces. It the took corporate office to call into the to get someone to properly communicate and fill my prescription. They do not want to help and it is in no way how the target at this location works. This staff gives this well run Target store a bad name.

You have to actually go IN to get them to do their jobs. My prescription was due to refill on Sunday… wasn’t refilled, called Monday and asked how long would it be, they said an hour… still not refilled. Tuesday I had to finally walk into the store and ask them to refill it… which is a 45 min wait. It’s ridiculous and they’re not convenient, and the customer service is terrible.

Reading the existing reviews about this CVS is really upsetting and disheartening. I have reached out to file a complaint to CVS, and have asked for follow up. I hope they take these complaints seriously, and start doing some customer service trainings and holding ppl accountable.I was in line at 1:27pm today, ready to pick up my prescriptions. I'm on a lot of medication and am at this CVS at least 1x a week. They aren't the friendliest but tolerable. They close everyday for lunch between 1:30-2:00pm. I had 3 minutes and there was one person at the register, and seemed to be almost done. There pharmacist was at the register and the tech (Jade) was behind her working on the computer. The pharmacist says to me, "I don't know if I can get to you", I tell her that "I am hopeful" it was 1:28pm at this point. The tech Jade comes to the register and says "you need to leave". I tell her "I don't like her tone" and Jade proceeds to tell me "I don't care"There you have it....Jade, pharmacy tech, customer service position at CVS doesn't care about being rude to customers. This seems to be a theme with this CVS.I will follow up on this review once someone from CVS reaches out to me.

The staff here has not patient focused customer service, I tried to explain to the pharmacist Smita Shrivas directly of the text message I received from cvs stating that the medication was still available until tomorrow than she proceed it to say that she could not spend more time on it because they close at 8pm.I arrived to the pharmacy at 7:21pm waited in line and as this conversation was happening it was 7:33pm. I wish employees specially at a pharmacy were train to deliver customer focused services rather than conveniently closing earlier to end their shift as they please.

I've been looking for a good pharmacy since I moved to this area almost 2 years ago. This CVS in Target is convenient (I often pick up grocery or household items while I'm there) and the staff are pleasant and helpful. I've had confusion from a provider in sending prescriptions to the right location and they've been helpful in straightening things out. A disadvantage is the lack of drive-through service.

I went to pick up prescriptions and had a question about a ready fill prescription that was supposed to be ready as well. I received a txt telling me it would be ready this date and it wasn't. The young man said they were closing in 15 minutes. I said 'ok' I have 15 minutes to ask the question, he said no. I walked away unsatisfied and feeling diminished as a customer. This is the 2nd CVS I have switched to due to rude customer service...is this the norm for CVS customer service?

Terrible. Late refills, failure to comply with the request for automatic refills. I definitely will be switching to another pharmacy.

If I could give -0 I would. This is the worst pharmacy. They are lazy, rude and unprofessional Including the manager. They never get my prescription right and I have to push them to fix it. The girls are rude and speak to customers any kind of way. I hate coming to them and will transfer my prescription. It was better and cheaper when it was Target pharmacy. CVS doesn't care how you feel and how they treat you. Horrible.. do not waste your time here!!!

I've been getting my medication from this pharmacy for years. But lately, the management has been lacking in professionalism and customer service. They can't even admit when they make mistakes and apologize. If I entrust someone with the responsibility of ensuring I receive the correct medications and dosages, and they are paid by both me and my insurance, I believe they can do it without making me feel like they're doing me any favors.

Writing this review in support of my friend--the lack customer service, professional acumen, and respect for medical needs exhibited at this pharmacy is appalling. On 9/1/2020, my friend arrived 20 minutes prior to closing and waited for 20 minutes to pick up her prescription. When it was her turn, a Black woman who was working the closing shift rudely closed the window in my friends face and callously told her she wasn't getting her medication because they were closed???!! The prescription was medically necessary. My friend tried to advocate for herself as she'd been waiting 20 minutes. The woman was incorrigible and apathetic. Please do not go here for your prescriptions. The employee should seek alternate employment that doesn't require compassion, analysis, or common sense.

This is the worst Pharmacy ever. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this CVS location. They auto refilled a drug that was recalled months ago. A drug that has been replaced by my PCP with an equivalent. I called and asked if they did not see there was a conflict with a similair medication. The pharmacist I spoke with seemed to have no clue I had another medication that was recalled. CVS sent me a text ststing to call my pharmacy for a replacement. I the store, the pharmacist said she did not see a recall. I gave her the infor from my text and she said she still did not see any info regarding a recall. I called a friend that works for CVS in another state, he was able to look up the drug and explain the recall. I asked him why this pharmacy could take the time to do the same. He said they could have. I also have in my profile to call my provider when an authorization is needed for a refill, opposed to calling me to ask. They call me regardless. I can go on and on with this pharmacy. The incompetence will have me 6ft under. I am not a fan of CVS. Becuase CVS owns my insurer, I'm forced to use CVS. I HATE CVS! Wish I could go back to my grocery store, Wegmans. I've never had these headaches with them. Wegmans pharmacy was the best..
