I called and left a message, not expecting a call back until the following day. But Lorraine called back within 20 minutes and provided fanatics support. I'm happy, not because I received what I asked for, but because provided wonderful customer support, a practice that's becoming rare these days.

The staff at public storage absolutely wonderful I think her name is Lorraine and her husband wonder I needed help with my unit they were right on it all 5 starts they deserve
