Just leaving the store in Bowie Towne Center. Warren - the store manager is HORRIBLE. Bad customer service, arrogant and ignorant. He was training a young lady and I feel so sorry for her. She had more professionalism in her pinky finger than he had in his entire body. I needed shoes for a party that is tomorrow. The only shoes they had that fit had some glue and tackniess all over the heel. Warren tried to gaslight me into thinking this was acceptable and fine to sell. I disagreed with him and said sellable items are successful when the presentation is appealing. Warren tried to argue with me and then walked away. If I could write him up immediately I would. Won't be coming back.

My salesman Warren was incredible. Had a problem in sizing my Skechers. He made my exchange and completely understood my size problem. Now my new shoe are perfect.

The store salesman was such a professional. Haven't seen a real shoe salesman in years until today. Courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Fast service as well. He had the store looking immaculate and was well mannered. They have a great sale as well.

I checked the store hours online before coming, it said they closed at 7pm on Wednesday; however, I arrived at 6pm and the doors were locked and an employee just looked at me with a rude expression and walked away. Unprofessional store with rude employees.

My kids needed some dress shoes and we found some good deals. The store was spacious and organized, friendly helpful staff I recommend and would definitely visit this location again.

The employee was very friendly and helpful. Decent size selection. I purchased new running shoes and a pair of casual slip on sneakers on clearance plus socks all under $100.

I went to find shoes for work and the young guy named Tola who works there has great customer service skills. I let him know but hopefully the store is aware that they have a good employee working for them.
