Hi My name is Gary Siegel I am the owner of Cyber Fit live online personal training. Most people don’t have a lot of time to go to a gym and exercise and take care of themselves. • A minimal amount of exercise equipment. • Each workout is a half an hour tailored to your needs. • You pick the times and the days • We use ZOOM, Skype or face time typically • Time zones are never an issue. • We also work seven days a week • Workout without having to leave your home. • CyberFit allows you to workout in the comfort of home
