Extremely satisfied with the whole process! Sam was great! He gave me space to check out everything, and then when I was ready, he answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable, and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy things. Great customer service!!!

I recently had a great experience, all thanks to Kareem! He was truly a standout salesperson. From the moment we started discussing what I wanted, he was veey informative, patient, and knowledgeable. He presented options in a way that genuinely opened my eyes to possibilities I never would have considered on my own, which I really appreciated.
Another thing I appreciated about working with Kareem was the complete lack of pressure I felt from him to make a sale. It was clear his priority was helping me find the right fit, not just closing a deal. He even brought in Colette to help with design decisions, which was an unexpected and incredibly helpful touch. Thanks to Kareem and Colette, I walked away feeling confident and happy with my choices. I am excited for my upcoming delivery.

The entire Haverty's team is fantastic! My house will soon be called Haverty's II. January 2025 update with new furniture: As a returning repeat and loyal HAVERTY'S customer, Karen Kretzer assisted me with an online order and was absolutely wonderful. As a veteran of the Army, she saved me additional $200 off my order along with the promotion that was offered based on the amount of my purchase. From start to finish, ordering with Karen was a breeze as she worked quickly with Yolanda in sending me an email to review and pay for my order. She offered shipping options, extended her customer cell and reminded me of the text feature to track my delivery. Karen was just as excited as I was anticipating my new furniture.

After my husband and I lost just about everything on a house fire in January of 2024, we found ourselves in need of purchasing new furniture. After going to several furniture stores and not finding what we were looking for, we decided to go to Havertys in Bowie, MD. As soon as we walked into the show room we knew we were at the right place. The show room was well designed and the furniture display was eye catching. As soon as my husband and I walked in, Gary, one of the salesman, greeted us with a friendly smile. We told him of our situation and what we were looking for. He immediately took us to look at different furniture pieces and styles. We never felt pressure to buy anything. We also met the store manager, Collette and Liden, the store designer. All of them were amazing! Every time I called or walked in the store, Yolanda, the receptionist, had a friendly smile and was eager to help.
The customer service at this store is incredible. They are the best!
