I only go there to return stuff for amazon. Have been there dozens of time for that and never bought anything HOWEVER,, the store is always neat, clean, well lit inside and I always feel safe in the parking lot. I actually feel bad for this company because in all the times I've been there I don't think there's been more than 10 people in the store who won't working there. The company has a good selection of products that look like good value for the money but I just don't see very many people shopping at that location.

Every time I have shopped at Kohls I find that the lines are long and prices and coupons always differ. On my last visit, I asked the cashier why I always had this problem when I would check out? She said “ well you know Kohl’s has to make money too”.

A very nice store in an interesting location. It is stand alone so it doesnt get much competition, at that or general passing by. People plan to come here, and they do. Two story location. Beauty section in the front. Nice selection of home goods upstairs. Also a convenient place to do amazon returns, they give you a coupon with your reciept. Good place to do clothing, home goods or holiday shopping

I had a really strange experience at this Kohls in Bowie, MD this evening. I tried to return a gift I received and was denied by the customer service representative Vicki and the manager Lolita. I was going to do a no receipt return for the item and right before giving me the gift card for store credit they acted like something was wrong with the system and they could not process it. The manager, Lolita came and did the same charade and then said it was due to the toy being an electronic? It was a baby toy that took batteries. The level of dishonesty and poor character they happily displayed while I tried to return a toy on my one night off was alarming. I would encourage anyone and everyone to take their shopping elsewhere. They clearly do not care about the customer or providing quality customer service at this location. Not to mention the customer service representative Vicki initially made me wait 10 minutes while she processed Amazon returns for people that arrived after me.
I was able to take my return to the Severn location and my return was processed in less than 5 minutes.

When I first walked in someone's greeted me and the ladies that worked in the bra stop what she was doing to help me find what I wanted, and the lady that worked in the return in the back work with me to help me find what I needed they were very pleasant to me, and sorry I didn't get their name
