It is fine when the system works, but they don’t save faxes from doctors and their system doesn’t notify you when they won’t be able to conduct the test. I won’t be back.

Do not come here. Unsanitary and rude staff. Nurse picked up bandaid wrappers (trash) off of the ground, did not change gloves, and continued on with next patient. None of the nurses cleaned the chairs/arm rests after each patient, and when I asked the nurse to wipe down the chair she gave me attitude for the remainder of my appointment. Waiting room is also gross and check in kiosks are out of order.

Terrible. If you don't have an appointment don't bother going. This place is not conducive of walk-ins. Even if you are the first person in the door, every person will be put above you on the list to the point where you're looking at a 3 hour wait that just keeps getting longer everytime someone walks through the door. But wait! If you want to make an appointment make sure you make it a week in advance otherwise the only option will be at night. Which sucks if you have to fast before your procedure. Once you're finally allowed back, you'll see that only ONE station is being used despite there being a handful of other empty stations available. It's equivalent to Walmart having a bunch of empty registers with only one in use while all the other workers just wander around.

To Nikita .. thank you so much for being such a pleasure. My son is level 3 autistic and I was terrified to get his blood drawn, but you’re an angel who made it so easy. You handled it quickly and you were so sweet while he had tears rolling down his face. I’m so grateful for you!

Unprofessional!!!!!! Came in with my one year old son. As soon as I walked in the back, one of the ladies told told the trainee, this one is yours. Why because I’m Hispanic too? or because she didn’t want to deal with the baby? Both ladies left her, when clearly she needed help. Almost done with the the final tube, my son started to pull his little arm, the Trainee called for help because my son towards the end of the 2nd tub was pulling away, she said needle was moving & to not let him move. The lady moved as slow as she could. Horrible experience. Front desk also unwelcoming. Don’t waste your time here.

Unprofessional office. From the staff and their candor - or lack thereof. No sense of timing for others and those in the "waiting" area. Staff sitting around talking and on their personal cell phones.

I came here with my daughter for blood work as a walk in. We received quick service and the staff was very accommodating with my toddler screaming and crying. They were gentle, quick, and very polite.

I came yesterday and sat for an hour after appointment time and was told I couldn't get my blood drawn because fedex had come and gone. They told me to come back first thing in the AM and they would take me first. I was the first patient to check in and was still sitting there after 5 other patients had been seen including a walk-in. Every time I come to this facility I have a bad experience and keep trying again. It's aggravating. Never again!

Scheduled an appointment online checked-in from the parking lot. Received a text message minutes later they were ready to see me. Checking in was extremely easy, met with professionalism. To the young lady who did my bloodwork you were absolutely fabulous!!! Im a hard stick and always require multiple tries. You did that in seconds!!! First time in history!! Fantastic!!!

This is a review of billing procedures, sort of a heads up. If you have two insurances they only run the first. Then when your bill comes there will be a balance, you have to call and ask them to run the second insurance. They don't keep it on file, or run it unless you call and ask. I think a lot of people don't realize that, who may have Medicare and another insurance for instance. And they just pay it without knowing this. They told me 4-6 weeks for the second one to show up but I didn't have to pay the bill meanwhile.

Great team and the first time I have had a GREAT experience in this location. Kia greeted me and got me back quickly and professionally. Kindal (sp) got me settled in the back, kind and encouraging. CHRISTINA has gifted hands! She did my draw and I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She was AWESOME! Kind, reassuring and gentle! Best.Experience.Ever!
