Lane Bryant provides excellent customer service for plus size clothing needs. The staff is pleasant, attentive, patient, and ready to help genuinely. They offer knowledgeable and experienced assistance, helping customers find the right size, brand, and clothing to feel good, even getting them out of their comfort zone. Customers describe the service as wonderful and amazing, feeling like they have a personal shopper. Many highly recommend this location for all plus size needs, from undergarments and bras to shoes and pants, and have referred others who loved it. The staff is acknowledged for being absolutely pleasant and providing great service.
Thankfully, there are still some brick and mortar Lane Bryants left. The selection is very good and the sales associate very helpful. Some items are overly-priced, but frequent sales help with that.

I want yo share my experience at the Bowie site on emerald way. I would like to thank Ms.Henrietta. For her time and patience with me. And even thou it was only her and Ms. Candace in the store they were still pleasant. Ms. Henrietta was able to help with the right size and brand to wear. I'm thankful for their service.
