Does not allow employees to spend quality time with the customers but if the customers are spending money and they are shopping at your location then certainly they are entitled to have a personal shopper for however long as long as they're spending money and not just lollygagging and having conversation very unprofessional location I don't know if I would patronize this location again

Pandora section is ran by a bunch of people who absolutely cannot do there job, drove 45 minutes after calling and verifying they have stock of a specific color. Got there for them to tell me they actually dont have any at all of any color. Waste of time from people that dont care.

Worst customer service especially from that one rude unprofessional hispanic female at the fragrance section with the worst nasty attitude also has the nerve to go behind the counter to talk trash about us, this the type of so called professional employees you guys hire ? i would like to speak to a manager or even the regional cause this is unacceptable behavior. Thank you for your not so good service check the type of staff you hire.

Saturday, i went to the shoes department @ 10 am , spoke good morning no one said anything young lady and young man , the lady brought my shoes , said here never came to say is everything or do I need anything else , I walked out , ugly customer service

This one-level Macy's location is second-rate with scant availability of products. Save a trip and visit another Macy's with a bigger selection. I'd be very surprised if this location continues operating beyond three years.

So many selections, great discounts, if you're returning certain items make sure you check their policy online first because I've had a manager tell me that I could not return an item that I bought from her (right after I bought it) thankfully I continued my shopping while looking online and went back to show her that I was allowed to return the item.

The customer service is very poor. People point and do not give directions and they do not show you. There are no employees on the floor to assist. There are no employees at the register when you're ready to check out. The service at Macy's is poor, poor, poor. Perhaps, that's not true of everyone, but the customer service, overall, in my opinion, is poor.

There are a variety of beautiful things, but every time I go to the women's shoe area I encounter a racist black woman who did not want to buy me bigger shoes and I witnessed how other black clients were served immediately, I felt discriminated against.
