Absolutely impressed with my experience at Mattress Firm! Mike's friendly and knowledgeable assistance made finding the perfect mattress a good experience. Despite initially heading to the wrong location (which no longer exists), Mike gave me directions to the new store. Once there, I had the chance to try out mattresses and make a quick purchase. Mike even shared some local recommendations since I'm new to the area.I changed my mind and decided to upgrade my mattress. Jayson, another rep on the wkends, was able to help me out and took about 10 mins to contact the factory to make the change. Delivery was seamless too! Highly recommend Mattress Firm for top-notch service and quality products.

Isaac, went over and beyond. I went to him because I had a bad experience and he helped me choose a good mattress and a good base at a good price. He even helped me to get the sheets and pillows I I would need. He took the time to explain my warranty to me.

Great shopping experience at Mattress Firm Free State Center in Bowie. My salesman Issac was so nice and very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. Love my new Stearns and Foster Lux Estate queen mattress and adjustable base. Looking forward to many good nights of sleep!
