Michaels is a well-stocked store with a great selection of art supplies, fabric, flowers, frames, and holiday décor. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. The store is organized, though some locations may have an odd layout. It generally has lots of parking, though one attached garage does not offer validation. While usually reliable, there can sometimes be delays with online orders. Customers appreciate the array of colors in items like flowers, perfect for events, and the service that makes them want to shop there again.
Extremely great customer service. Abuul runs a well managed store and both he and the service associate were very accommodating.

It's a typical Michael's, but I love that it's so close to the Crofton location, which is quite a bit smaller but always visually fun to go to. We go to the Bowie location whenever we need a slightly bigger selection of yarn and ribbon.

It was fine. As expected at Michael's in December. The only thing is they need to reconfigure the checkout line location.
