“I gave this Jiffy Lube location 5 stars because of how well the Manager Mr. Johnson, handled a serious problem that occurred during my recent visit. By the time I got home after an oil change, my car was somehow almost completely out of oil. I called back to the shop and was able to speak to the Manager. Mr. Johnson immediately assured me that he would take care of the situation personally and he did just that.

He came straight to my driveway and checked out my car. He added oil to it and figured out where the leak originated. I requested a diagnostic to make sure no damage had occurred and he paid for a full diagnostic inspection with a complete report. Mr. Johnson also purchased the part that caused the oil leak and installed it at no cost to me and refunded the cost of my original oil change. Mr. Johnson was so pleasant and so thorough in his intent to resolve the issue, I felt complete confidence in that no matter what it took, he would resolve the problem to my satisfaction and that is exactly what he did.

It can be hard to find an honest, proficient and customer-focused auto repair business, but based on my experience, Mr. Johnson is one of the best!!”
