I had a terrible experience at another dealership in Virginia and left to come to Ourisman in Bowie. Wow, what a change in that experience. ABSOLUTE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I came to look at a Jeep. It wasn't quite the right fit but Patrick and the Ourisman team made it right. They found the exact vehicle I was looking for and we completed a seemless sale that day. Also, after I got home I noticed an issue and they fixed it immediately and without question. Highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Jeep and recommend you ask for Patrick as your sales associate when you arrive. They have by Jeep buying business for life. Thanks again to Patrick and the Ourisman team. Simply the BEST customer service and car buying experience.

I don't understand why I have to do Google reviews and yelp reviews in order to get anybody to help me here. This place is terrible. I called a few weeks ago to get help from a service advisor and left a message and still haven't heard back. I've called three times already and nobody has called me back. It's a little difficult when you're trying to get your children in the car now that it's dark in the morning when your dome doesn't come on. I shouldn't have to chase this business around in order for them to provide exceptional customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Wasted time being gasligted that my tire isn't leaking. They didn't care to inspect or verify the condition of the tire. Took my keys and left.

I would not recommend selling your car to them! Very slow to process the check (was told it would take 48 hours, now they are claiming it could take longer).

My Son and I bought a 2022 Jeep Cherokee on March 29, 2023. I was impressed with sales man, but not at all with the finance manager (he messed up the financing we got from my credit union and I had to come over to your dealership several times to straighten it out). The car had high milage but the salesman knew it was all highway miles and we could see its maintenance record from your dealership. After 3 months, the car threw up a check engine message. We took it in to the service department on July 27. At the time I was surprised so many of the service techs working there were fairly new. They checked the code and said it was the battery so we asked them to replace it.We bought our Honda from Ourisman of Laurel and the service we have gotten there has been great, so I figured Bowie would like to keep our service business. Especially since you recently sold it to us with the "Ourisman Promise". However, your battery replacement charge was $570.I'm sorry, but Advance Auto's would have installed their best battery for $370. Now I know that I should go for my mechanic for future service.

I bought my car here so i thought bringing my car in for service would be a good idea. My car started to have overheating problems and i took it straight to them. They didn't diagnose the car until 2 weeks after i dropped it off. They didn't provide me with no rental and said they would be unable to until they knew what was wrong with the car which made no sense. Two weeks goes past and they tell me that they're going to have to take my engine apart to see more and that it would $950. I have warranty so i was worried about the price but they was definitely overcharging me simple stuff. It has now been about 3 weeks and i still don't have my car and they also haven't fixed it. They also haven't given me a rental so i been stuck in the house. These people are very unprofessional. Last time using them for service. If i could give 0 i would.

Ok this place is the BEST car dealership in the land. The professional environment is out of this world. Friendly, friendly, friendly. If you are looking to buy a car you want a sales crew that listens to want you want and need in a vehicle. I would recommend buying your car at Ourisman.

I have always had a great experience here but not this time. I had my brakes completely replaced a couple months ago, discs, pads, everything. After a couple days they started to make some noise when they heated up. I Googled it and read that this happens sometimes with new brakes and it should eventually stop so I thought I'd wait. The noise didn't get better but that's not what this review is about, that's on me for waiting. About a week ago my key fob stopped working so I made an appointment and thought I'd get the fob fixed and have my brakes looked at. I dropped off my Jeep early morning Tuesday before work the day of my appointment, got a call later that morning and spoke with David. He told me that for any diagnostic testing I had to leave my car there for 7 days, I couldn't take it back and then drop it off in 7 days, it had to stay at the dealership for 7 days before they would diagnose a nonworking key fob.I told David I'd have to call back after I checked to see if we could go a week with only one car and we could not. My wife and I needed both so I called back to let David know. Turns out he "stepped out" and I had to leave a message so I did. I got no call back. This happened four times and each time I was told I would have to deal with David but he was "on the other line" or again, just "stepped out". My wife tried twice and got the same runaround. We never did talk to David. Today (without my car all day Tuesday, Wednesday and most of Thursday) my wife and I stopped in and picked up my Jeep with no work done. It took about 30 minutes for it to be brought around but at least we weren't forced to talk to David.Probably won't go back. Looking for a new repair shop.

The customer service was excellent. However, there is a major disconnect between their appointment call center and the service center. I was given a same day appointment only to be told I would have to leave the car there 7-10 days before it can be looked over. So beware that the call center is NOT in sync with the service center.

I took my 07 Dodge Durango into the shop already knowing what code was coming up. They put it on the diagnostic machine as I expected and told me the same code I told them to begin with. So they say we need to further diagnose your truck, it's 260 per hour. They said we will call you if we need to do more than a hour. I don't hear from them for 2.5 days after 4-5 calls and the run around I finally get to talk with Henry he says we didn't find anything with the first hour we need to do additional hour to further diagnose your vehicle. I'm like so you want to charge me $520 before you even tell me what's wrong with my car and the $500 doesn't even go towards my final payment. They are some crooks that have poor communication and don't answer the phone.
