Friendly knowledge staff worked quickly but with a smile on their face the doctor was amazing and professional explained everything very well and answered all of my questions.

Arrived on Saturday to take my mom to get a pre op done before surgery on Monday. We discovered just that day she needed surgery. They asked us if we she had primary care doctor and we said yes. They refused to see us. They advised us to go to our primary care even though we told them that office was closed and we needed this before Monday.My mom was tired and spent the whole morning in dr offices to then wait in their waiting room for 20 mins to then be refused to see a DR. Patient first was insensitive and unapologetic.

I was very very satisfied with my experience. All staff that I came in contact with were very professional…. registration desk, nurse, Dr. Mikhailovna, and x-ray technician.Wait time was less than two minutes once I completed registration.Thank you for a wonderful experience at a time when I was not feeling my best.M. Currently sitting in Patient First of Bowie disgusted, listening to staff speak poorly about patients regarding choosing to come to patient first versus choosing an ER. Nurse stated “ They come here needing ER things thinking the wait is going to be shorter, just go to the ER”. No, we come here because this is an alternative to the ER or at least should be. I walked past doctors and nurses sitting there talking no computer on and their talking about weekend stuff while patients are waiting. This is the first time I have experienced poor service like this at patient first of Bowie.

The wait was better than usual because I came close to opening. The doctor was friendly and thorough. All in all it was a good visit.

This 1st time experience was impressive!! From registering, during care to completion felt welcomed and compassion from all those attending to my husband. The team was very thorough taking labs, xrays and doing all they could to determine his health issue. We were referred by our primary care physician because he could not be seen immediately. Should a future emergency arise for either of us, Patient First is definately our go too.Thank you Patient First Bowie Team!!!!!

The Personnel are very professional and caring. I removed a star from my review because on two occasions I've had to make two trips for the same issue, which is a waste of my time.
