  Great pet store. They have a nice selection of the items you need for your pet. I like to come here and shop the sales. Prices do lean a but high but you pay for the convenience. We did some dog training here and it was definitely helpful. That dog was crazy and now he can redirect that. Management at this store is also great. Very organized and employees are friendly

  Google says open at 9am Sunday. Petco website says open at 9am Sunday. Sign on the window says store hours begin at 9am Sunday. Show up at 9:15 and are rudely informed the store doesn’t open until 10.

  I went in for a walk in nail trim service. Three groomers were standing around and told me they were too busy to take a walk in nail trim service. I stayed in the store for approximately 5 mins to see if they ever got busy. They didn’t. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because once I spoke to the young lady at the front register, all of a sudden one of the groomers was able to assist. It took less than 3 minutes to complete my dogs nail trim. It was very unnecessary for the lady groomer to continually deny me service due to being “busy” when they were literally standing around and after some back and forth was able to do what I requested in less than 5 minutes. John the groomer did a great job with the nail trim and graciously helped me out after help from the store associate at the register.

  Had my babies nails cut and expressed to groomer in advance that he didn't care for having the service and would be a handful. She did well under the circumstances. However, she cut the quick of a few of nails. I understand that accident's happen, but, my only issue is that I was not informed of the mishap and had to find out on my own through thorough inspection of his mails as I was leaving. This should have been communicated to me at pickup.

  The location is convenient, parking seems to be crowded no matter how many people are in the store. There is a bigger parking lot on the side and right across from it. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to assist at anytime, every time.
  
  Things for cats are so affordable, I'm amazed. There was only one time that I encountered a Starbucks level line at the register but the time flew by while conversing with Other pet owners. It was really cool.

  Update: I wanted to thank Simon, Kaya and Dr. Perez for all of their help today. I will be visiting Vetco for my future needs. All around great experience.
  
  I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had the best interaction with Diamond and Ashley. I had an appointment earlier to get my puppy groomed. Diamond was overwhelmingly kind. When it comes to customer service, she is levels above any Chick-fil-a. Ive never been to this Petco before but it is now the only grooming service I will use!
