This place is terrible to work at!!! Management is absolutely ridiculous! She's just a manger because she gets free booth rent she keeps the bathrooms looking like a gas station bathroom. This place will screw you over in money and your lease. You better have a plan or be prepared if you work there because you have to be 2 steps ahead of the Game. They knew a better salon was about to open and half of Phenix was going they decided to bully people into signing a locked in lease so no one can move into the new salon. The manager was so sneaky and checking into when salon salontra was gonna open and found out the dates and Forced people into signing a lease before they open. The ones that won't sign a lease were forced to leave within a couple of days with no 30 day notice. 7 stylist left at one time because of there selfish ways. Management lied to us about signing the lease, she said you can get out of your lease if you wanted to with a 45 day notice and that was a lie. Please the Phenix that are franchised are the absolute worst place to work for and it's just not the bowie location It's also the largo location also!!! If you are deciding to work there you'll be working for the devil himself along with his demons!!!! Phenix in Bowie is terrible!!!
