My husband not only has to deal with the fact he might have cancer, but also had to deal with the mean rudeness from the lady taking his blood and giving him tests to do at home. She didn't want to take his blood after I had made the appointment stating "you can just come back for that"! Finally getting her to do her job dismissed him " you're done, you can leave. " my husband trying to be nice did leave, but will not go back there causing him to drive way out of his way to get tests done. This is not OK! This lady was not only rude to my husband, but to the staff and other patients as well. We pay for this service and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity!

I’m usually not the type to leave negative reviews because I know what reviews can do to a business, however, Sheena (I believe that was her name) at Quest in Bowie is the WORST person to come across for anything. She doesn’t belong anywhere customer facing/customer interacting. She is rude and miserable. Like, are you ok? Seek help ASAP.
The young lady I worked with today, I wish I would’ve remembered her name because she restored my faith in ever using this place again. She was prompt, polite and understanding of our needs. If I could request her every time I walked in the door I would.

I recently had the opportunity to use Quest Diagnostics for some blood tests required for my nursing clinicals. While I greatly appreciate the professionalism and courteousness of the team at the facility, my overall experience was unfortunately marred by significant delays in receiving my test results.
The staff at Quest Diagnostics were polite and efficient during my visit, making the process of getting my blood drawn straightforward and comfortable. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor certainly deserve recognition and appreciation.
However, the turnaround time for receiving my test results has been frustratingly slow. I was counting on having the results back within a week to meet my clinical requirements, but it's been over a week now, and I'm still anxiously waiting for them. This delay is quite surprising to me, as I've never experienced such a long wait for blood test results before.
Compounding the issue is the lack of a direct line of communication to check on the status of my results. Without a phone number to call for updates, I had to make an additional trip to the facility, only to be told they couldn't provide any further information. This lack of communication options adds to the frustration and inconvenience.
Typically, I use LabCorp for my testing needs and have always been satisfied with their prompt service. This time, I had to opt for Quest Diagnostics because LabCorp didn’t offer one of the specific tests I needed. Given this experience, I sincerely hope Quest Diagnostics can address these issues, particularly in providing more timely results and better communication channels for their patients.

Had my bloodwork drawn here for the first time. The phlebotomist was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. I typically hate having my blood drawn so to have a friendly phlebotomist was extremely helpful. I would definitely return to this location. My appointment was at 8:40 and I was taken back a few minutes late but I was done around 9:00.

Generally my experience at this office is for 5 stars, except last time. All was OK, except the nurse took my blood pressure immediately upon entering her room. It was 140/81 so I told her: "lets wait a couple of minutes and re-take it because I was just walking". She said "No, I must record it now", which is absurd. In the past at the same office they took their time to let me relax a few minutes, if the blood pressure was high. Not that it matters, the results are only for me and I know my blood pressure is fine since I take it at home, but I'd expect better professionalism and knowledge of protocol, which is to let the person rest for 5 minutes. Anyway, for all fairness, I won't let this one time incident give this place a 3-star rating, I will likely update this review next time I have a screening.

For starters no one answers the phone and staff have bad attitudes waiting since 11am took 4 hours for a simple test will not be returning

The quest at Bowie was the worst place I’ve ever worked, or experienced , very unprofessional , and very disrespectful place. I will never work here ever again in history! I should’ve sued them because one of their employees Eric, Discriminated against me stating “I was thrown off by all the piercings and tattoos “ in front of my manager , the complaint went up to my supervisor karen and she did nothing at all to make me feel safe or comfortable. Eric begins to threaten me and introduces herself unprofessionally and say “I’m from st.Louise, you from here” (like that was even relevant to even say), before I can even tell her my name. I was so confused. Like you are now reading it. Karen tried to ask for a conversation to hear me out but it was just to cover herself to look good. They continued to disrespect me. In fact she condoned the behavior. I say that because Mardiea placed me in the room with Eric and Ingrid to confront me ,and corner me to tell me how they been doing this for x amount of years, (which is unnecessary to compare because we are completely different ages ???!??)but couldn’t tell me one real thing I’ve done, I had great numbers and reviews and request of people only wanting my services. This was just a side job for me, a extra job, I picked it up and dropped it independently. DO NOT WORK HERE , this job stays open for a reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They can’t keep a hire because the workers are rude , nasty ,entitled and their actions are over looked.

The visit was horrible. You could not get a human to assist with the machines which were not working My appointment was at 1010 I finally signed in at 1026 . I explained that the Kiosk was not taking my card and that we were actually there in the facility before the 10 minute cut of. No matter how I explained it to the employee, she was not hearing it I told her that we were just there for a urinalysis and if she could give the cup I could fill it. she said we had to reschedule and that they could no longer take us. It was the worse experienced I have ever had from a medical facility. I am a Registered Nurse and have worked in the field for 46 years. The customer service was poor. They need customer training and human interaction. I hope there is some flexibility and common sense built into procedures established. When The Tech came out she tried to also use the Kiosk and found that it was malfunctioning. She continued to be hardnosed knowing there was a machine malfunction citing the policy and unbending Please train your employees on customer support.

Had an appointment for 12:40. I checked in at 10:30. Did not receive a message to come inside until 1:11p. I left at 1p.m. Will go to Labcorp.

The woman who drew my blood was super rude and the actual draw was really painful and took a bunch of tries. Don’t go here.

I arrived 15 minutes early, signed in, was called in 3 minutes, and was finished just before the appointment time. The tech who took my blood sample, Daniah, was outstanding.

sat 20 minutes after my appointment time and something told me to just leave but i had no where to be so i waited. got to the back to have my blood drawn only to watch as another patient walks in the room with her urine sample and the phlebotomist tells her to set the sample on the counter that she has the basket with the vials she’s going to use to draw my blood with sitting on. holding the urine sample cup with a napkin wrapped around it the patient almost sets her urine sample in the same basket holding the vials to be used on me but before she can set it down completely the tech tells her set the sample beside the basket not in it.
i ask the tech about this exchange i just witnessed and she tells me she can get new materials to use on me. instead of removing the urine sample from the area and wiping down the counter and the basket she had the vials in she moves the urine sample further back on the counter, takes off her gloves and sets new vials on that very same counter which all roll into the same spot that the previous patients’s urine sample cup was sitting in. NO NO AND NO. i work in the medical field and im not talking about sitting at a desk this is very unsanitary. the urine sample cup has always been left in the bathroom or right outside, never in the immediate vicinity of where they draw blood unless this is new protocol which i doubt.
it made me even more uncomfortable that i’ve never gotten blood drawn from my right arm only
my left. i told her to do it from my left because there is a big fat vein there very easy to see and reach yet she settled on my right which only has a very small vein you can hardly see. i cant speak on how you’re supposed to draw blood so i wont but maybe the tech expected that she could accomplish something on me that no one ever could. i dont know and didnt stick around to find out because i kindly took that tie off my arm, said thank you, told her to cancel my order and walked out.

I've been to the Bowie locatiom many times. Staff is always professional and efficient, but friendly and personable, regardless of whether I walk-in or make an appointment.

The experience was just amazing, from scheduling all the way to getting my results. Location was excellent, easy to get to, ample parking, clean outside and inside, well lighted lobby, waiting room and lab itself. Staff members were very professional, courteous, respectful, well attired, knowledgeable, organized, systematic and cheerful. Check in was a breeze. Results were available same day, if not, the following day via website that was easy to navigate. Highly and strongly recommendable. Thanks.
