If I could rate zero I would! The lab technician did not put her name and signature on the specimen sample which was rejected for testing. A huge fatal flaw!!!! Save your time and use a different lab.

Ingrid was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, kind, patient, and took my blood effortlessly. I will continue to come back as long as she's there! Quest is lucky to have her!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to this location complete lack of patient confidentiality and professionalism. I just don't understand the attitude of some people who work in customer service. Also not a very clean location, torn blinds and disgusting bathrooms.

RECOMMENDATION: Miles was very supportive and had seen me when I mentioned to him, I had been waiting a very long time. Thank you Miles.STORY:I woke up 8AM in the morning to go out of my way for a very simple drug test.I clocked in, as a walk-in and was scheduled by the kiosk, at 10:40AM, granted I did arrive at 9AM. I waited for this time frame, and have not been seen until 11:18AM....I had told one of the workers, I had an appointment scheduled at 10:40AM, at 10:50AM, and she told me I'd be seen around the 10:40AM mark....

I found the employee behaviors at this location to be unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I find this location to be a dumpster fire, a mockery to the Healthcare system, and ultimately a disgrace to helping the Bowie public with medical and diagnostic services. No one deserves this terrible service and unluckily for me I was treated with disrespect, poor attitudes, and unprofessional workers. Goodbye, never coming back.

Quick, courteous, and professional sample collection lab. Did an online appointment, they took me on time, and also tried a walk-in (use their check-in iPad on a stand by the door, which you also need to turn on because the battery keeps dying).The reason this location gets awful reviews is because there is no reception and no one to answer phone calls. This understaffing is the regrettable state of commercialized health care we have in the nation, and not because of the people who work at the lab here.
