I had such a wonderful experience at Salon C’est Chic! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were not only professional, but also genuinely enjoyable to be around — the perfect mix of skill and personality. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. I left feeling pampered and excited… and now I can’t wait to come back for my color appointment!

I had such an amazing visit yesterday with Rhonita my hair stylist, she gave me an excellent hair washing and conditioning that had a gentle calming effect to my scalp, After my hair was dry it felt velvety soft, I could not help but to touch my hair all day, even today it is so soft. Rhonita had installed a beautiful full weave with a bang on February 24th that I have been enjoying. Thank you Rhonita for a beautiful salon day experience at C'est Chic. C'est Chic Salon is such a comfortable relaxing environment. Looking forward to my next visit.

I had the absolute best experience with Rhonita LaShae at Salon C’est Chic! From start to finish, she was incredibly skilled. I received a smoothing treatment and a silk press, and let me tell you - my hair has never felt or looked better! It’s soft, shiny, and flows beautifully. Rhonita took her time and made sure I felt completely comfortable. You can truly tell she cares about the health of your hair and takes pride in her work. I walked out feeling like a whole new woman. I had an amazing first time experience. I have been looking for a salon that would be able to care for my hair, in a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, and this salon did just that. I have to give a shout out to Patrice who was so patient with my hair and brought it back to a healthy bouncy state. I feel the difference. I got a scalp treatment, stabilizing treatment, color and a silk press. I’ll be back!!

I loved my experience at Salon C’est Chic, they took their time and made me feel very comfortable . My hair stylist Kachina was very professional and detailed in giving me the style I wanted. The salon was clean and neat. I already scheduled my next appointment.

I absolutely love my stylist Kachina. She's not just a great stylist but she's a mentor, phenomenal leader and coach to her team. Kachina's been caring for my hair for over 15 years. Her expertise in color, cutting, and styling is top notch. Her hands are like magic each and everytime I sit in her chair!

Horrible! Told whom ever answers the phone what I wanted, was told they could do it. Got to the appointment ahead of time and was told that the stylist could not perform the style I wanted with a nasty attitude. AND they charged ME a cancellation fee???! Never again will not recommend

I've tried many salons throughout my natural hair journey, but this salon takes the cake !!! The professionalism from the front door to the back was exceptional ! Music was tasteful and even the conversations weren't pleasing!! Blen did my hair and was the absolute sweetest in demeanor and attentiveness !! The care she took on detangling my hair before washing, won me alone !! All the ladies in the salon are welcoming !! As soon as I walked in, I was in the seat being prepped !!! I am definitely going to be a continued client !!

Went there for the second time for a hair color and in route the stylist called to change my appointment for over a hour later. I was 5 minutes away which was 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Stylists rotate and the service is inconsistent. Not the friendliest staff. Not going back.
