Rip off. Guy Danny charged $454 for diagnostics. Led on to believe he actually fixed something. Go to Paul the Shell in Odenton, they actually know what the heck they’re doing. My 11 year old could’ve scribbled on a piece of paper.

My elderly mom went there for an inspection. They told her she needed all these repairs done. We got a second opinion and it was false. She goes back for the inspection they tried to make her pay again. Better business bureau will hear about this. It not over taking advantage of the elderly is not a good look.

Had my car towed here after it died on the highway. After identifying the problem, the mechanic found out that the alternator was part of a recall from Chrysler. I wasn't aware of this at all and would never have known if I was not told about it by the mechanic. I expect a lot of places would have gone ahead and done the work so they could bill for it, but these guys were straight up telling me I could get it repaired for nothing at my local dealership. Trustworthy people are a valuable commodity.

Brought my car for a check up to make sure everything was okay and the diagnosis was I needed a new catalytic convertor. I didn't have any check engine light but I noticed my tire seemed to wobble and I heard a knock when I was driving. It was pointed out to me that I had a nail in my tire by a friend. I called the Shell gas station and explained what happened and the guy that picked up the phone told me to bring the vehicle back and they will take care of it. I arrived and they had me wait for over a hour for someone to plug my tire. I offered to come back another time and the cashier assured me they would take care of me if I wait 5 more minutes. I waited and the guy came out and started to plug my tire. He was just about finished and mentioned it would be $25. I explained that I called earlier and told them the nail was picked up when I was there earlier and it was implied that there wouldn't be a charge. The cashier and mechanic looked at each other but neither said a word. The guy finished and I went inside to talk to the cashier to make sure we were on the same page and he said he would have to charge the $25. I reminded him of the call and circumstance's and he shrugged it off and insisted on charging $25. On top of that, I brought the car to another shop and the diagnosis was incorrect. I needed a tune up but my engine light never came on and the catalytic converter was and still is fine. They are crooks
