  Went there last night on the door, and it says it closed at 10 pm, so I came to the door with my kids he looked at us and locked the door at 915. He said he was closed 😒. I'm good off the gas station. I wish everyone the best.

  Do not use this gas station. Employees are incompetent and claim they don't speak English when you need assistance. Car wash is always out of order. Customer service SUCKS. Please be advised to go anywhere but she'll. ExxonMobil, bjs are all nearby and have good customer service.

  Says open 24 hours on google. The door says open till 10pm. I’m Here at 9:35pm and doors are locked. Lame asf!

  For the past several years I have visited this shell gas station for the car wash only. I thought the price was reasonable and the car wash was decent. However when I visited last week November 2023 I was not satisfied, because the car wash did not dispense any soap. When I bought this to the attention of the manager on duty pictured above, she simply asked "what do I expect for $9 ?" My response to her was " I frequent this Shell gas station at least twice a month and this has never happened. " She kept repeating that this was a $9 car wash and denied me a refund or another car wash. I suggested that she could witness the lack of soap if she allowed me to drive through again. I did call Corporate and I am waiting for a response. Stay tuned, meanwhile I will visit the other Car Wash ( Whip Cream) right down the street. If you visit this car wash beware of the lack of soap.

  When the pump tells you to “see cashier” and the cashier is a complete JERK throughout your whole simple interaction. This place is TRASH. The pumps don’t work and the place is a rip off. Hopefully someone buys it and makes it a nice establishment like it once used to be.

  Stopped by the shell gas station today. Inside they have SUBWAY'S SANDWICHES. Good spot to grab some gas and a sub with coffee. Excellent Double meat subs available.

  Employee walked to the door and locked it as we were walking up to the door at 12:40 today to come in. We are a family with two small children who needed to use the restroom and get some snacks. This is NOT open 24 hours! The employee just walked back to the register and stood there, ignoring us.
