I’m not a hands on fix it up person in regards to the labor stuff. I’ve never wanted to go into a hardware or paint store. However, the representatives in this store kindly greet you and offer assistance right away. They immediately removed my apprehensive desire to be in there and helped me quickly and took the gallons of paint to my car. The store was clean, organized and the best representatives to help you. I highly recommend you visit this location. You won’t be disappointed. TB

Yelp says that this store closes on Sunday at 6 pm. I arrived at 5:30 pm and it was closed. Bad advertisement on someone's part. This needs to be updated, please.

Service at the Bowie Sherwin Williams is great. The only sales associate at the time of my visit had a customer with a lot of questions. I could hear him providing suggestions and even had her call her contractor for more detailed info. My wait time was surprisingly short, given the numerous questions asked by the previous customer. I watched him mix her paint, have her go get her car ( because it started pouring rain) and he brought the paint out to her. He acknowledged me and that he would return shortly. He was able to answer my questions about paint I purchased about 5 years prior and while he couldn't match the exact paint, he came up with an alternative. He explained what I would be getting and what differences I might experience before mixing the paint. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would shop at Sherwin Williams again.

It was such a pleasure to have Steve help me on Monday. He was very friendly and willing to work with the customer. I appreciate that so much. I was in and out in 10 minutes with my paint.

I usually do not write reviews, but this has happened more than once at this location. The middle aged, short, stout man that works there is beyond rude, unfriendly, condescending and lacks customer service skills. Every time I go to this location he's there. I was apprehensive about going there this morning, but I didn't feel like driving across town. Anywho this man saw me standing outside at 10:02am with three gallon paint cans, looks me in the eye and proceeds to do whatever he was doing behind the counter instead of opening the store doors (they open at 10 on Sunday) I waited for a few because I just knew he wasn't going to let me stand there...he did! Needless to say I left Bc I didn't want to deal with this man and went to the SW a few miles away, where I always get good service!

Amazing store. I have a home remodeling project and was helped out by one of the employees Steve Yorkman. He is exceptional and very patient. He educated me on paint colors, primers and finishes. Its a major plus to have people who really know thier job and Steve is on point.I will recommend anyone to this store. Great job Steve, i and my wife are very happy.
