I recently visited this T-Mobile location because I needed to trade my old phone for an upgrade. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted and waited patiently for my turn. When it was my time to be served, the representative (HyeKing Alexander) who helped me told me about a special promotion that I could take advantage of saving me over $300 on the phone I wanted to get. The main store manager (Stephen Funches) was very kind and friendly! He even transferred the data from my old phone to the new phone.Excellent experience!!

Cecily is a great sales consultant! She had answers to all of my questions and set me up with the right phone for my price range. She also did the set up perfectly. She gets six stars!

Cecely been a help and have so much patience understanding and passionate she assisted me with what I need to get done to pay my bill and I added 3 lines for my family ! She also told me about the iPhone promotion ,we didn’t pay anything and was able to get one of the latest Iphone ! I will be back for more of the service she provides on behalf of T-Mobile .

I walked in to T-moble in Bowie and was greeted by Jorden who assured me he would take care all of my needs. Jorden assisted me with calling customer service getting my bill straight and saving me over a $100.00. Jorden also reach out to another sales associate Cece who assisted him with questions he wasn’t sure of. Together the both of them made my experience memorable, easy and stress free. This will definitely be my go to location!

Why can I only return my wifi equipment when a manager is there? Manager is only available 2-3 days out the week in the morning which is ridiculous for adults that have jobs. There needs to be a more sufficient way for returns to happen IN STORE

Small and quiet store. Went in for a phone because my phone blacked out and Aaron helped me pick out the right phone. Great customer service skills, answered my questions, I'm a satisfied customer. I will be coming here in the future.

Angel at the Bowie location store number 4sby was absolutely AMAZING. His customer service was A-1! He was super helpful, patient, clear in explanations, knowledge & all around pleasant. I would return for him alone lol. I've been a t-mobile customer for over 10 yrs. Thanks Angel!!!

I prematurely had my phone service disconnected from another carrier before speaking with a T mobile rep. He allowed me to use the store phone to call my other carrier to get things corrected. That's good service. He didn't have to as it was the store's landline. Sticking with T mobile. They got three stars because one service rep was a bit blunt and spoke over me when I tried to discuss my situation. Happily there was more than just him there to assist me.

Worst customer experience ever. I tried to get my 40 mm Apple Watch screen protector replaced. I’ve had it replaced under the warranty at other stores it for some reason they couldn’t “find it” and wanted me to pay $30.00. Then I asked for them to switch my watch band around and they didn’t even know how to take the band off!!! Plus, there was attitude the entire time from the girl at the counter named Danai.

Jessica is a true star. Great manager and handled an understaffed location with a huge influx of customers well. I came in confused with 4 sprint conversion lines and she was as clear and knowledgeable of her product as possible. I left fully migrated and with an upgraded phone for a lower bill than when I walked in. She never skipped a beat and everyone waiting felt attended to, even before they actually were. Great Job Jessica.

Johnny and a couple of the Sprint Gang are thee best. Never have a problem when I come in there. I will always come there.But, I CANNOT stand Marc - big dude. He's annoying and very standoffish and sense he acts that way with me, I give him that same energy right back. Serves you right.
