I shopped at Staples today and also last week. Both times a very courteous and helpful gentleman located the items I needed for me. This was very important for me as my foot is in a boot right now.

Paul’s a rock star. walked in and he helped us with our print job same day. Gave recommendations and printed out a sample so we could decide if it fit our needs. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes with our stuff printed.

GREAT customer service! I went to the location to find a replacement for my work paper shredder. They didn't have the exact one I wanted but the alternative Staples brand worked out great!

Staples in Bowie has always been a go to location for anything I need, including office supplies and kids items and also any planner or pen related. The staff here are very chill and kind. If you want fast and professional service this is where it’s at.

The African American young lady behind the print and services counter needs to improve her customer service skills. She comes across as harsh, not a people person, and focused more so on completing orders rather than ensuring customer excellence. Please ensure staff are trained on customer service and monitor their interactions with staff. This is important considering if necessary changes are not made, it ca. deter customers from patronizing this location.
