Outstanding Service at T-Mobile Store – Thanks to Karen!I recently visited this T-Mobile store and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the store manager, Karen.Karen's expertise and friendly demeanor stood out as she helped me in choosing the perfect device and plan. Her patience and knowledge made the entire process seamless. The store itself was well-organized and clean, creating a pleasant environment for customers.Karen addressed all my queries with professionalism, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I left the store with not only the right product but also the confidence that I made the best choice, all thanks to Karen and her team.I highly recommend this T-Mobile store, where great service and knowledgeable staff, especially Karen, make all the difference.

Very patient and friendly customer service. The manager was a sweet woman and very knowledgeable. Made me feel super comfortable with my upgrade. A complete 180 from how it was with the last manager, the last time I came in!!!

Karen has the absolute BEST customer service. From the time we walked in she acknowledged everyone’s Individual needs and got to everyone in an efficient manner. It’s a pleasure being served with such wonderful customer service.

There is no need to have this site open as the are not helpful at all. They continue to tell customers to call the "customer service" line while in the store so I'm wondering what their purpose is. Abby seems very lazy and condescending. There is another young man in there appears to get annoyed when customers come in the store.

As per the other reviews, the customer service was sufficiently lacking. I went in this morning to set up an account and the man standing at the table with a TMobile shirt (maybe I incorrectly assumed he worked there) could not be bothered. He was on a personal call and I was clearly inconveniencing him... My mistake..I tell him the plan I desired, he scoffed and incorrectly said (more likely lied) that the plan was just for "cameras." He then told me to go to the location by the Bowie Town Center; the only quality service that came from him.If you'd like to be treated like you have at least 3 brain cells, I suggest going to the Bowie Town Center location.

Worst Tmobile i have ever been to in my 8 years of having this phone provider. The guy working did not want to help me and another customer , lied to me and was being very rude and did not want to do his job! If I can avoid this store at all costs!

Simply call and you will hear how unprofessional this staff is. Nothing but attitudes. Called first and was told they had what I needed. Arrived and experienced awful customer service. I can't deal with places that don't value their customers. After a short interchange I drove to another location.

Please get rid of the 2 staff at this location. They are totally useless and not of any help. They are rude, and firet time i came here, i swear they were making fun of me cos of the way i talked. I cant believe that i came into this store to pay for product and serviceswith ny hard eqrned money and these things disrespected me and paid me no attention. After today. Am never coming back here again

Very very poor costumer service. They offer no help at all and they'll send you to other t mobiles cause apparently they can't do anything. Secretly charging me and billing me a "overdue" payment that I've paid. Stay away from this store

This store is awful the customer service is awful . I came here to get a mobile hot spot as a new customer . I went home with the device set up by the customer representative. The device did not work the 800 # could not help after an hour and I was advised to go back to the store . I went back they advised a manager would have to return the item . 40 miles away from home 2 days later 3 hours lost in store and 90 minutes on the phone . I finally was given a partial refund . My time I can never get back . If this company was THE last company for cellular service I would get a pager .

I am not a T Mobile customer. My son is in school at Bowie State University . He needed internet and T Mobile was recommended. I came to this store and nothing was professional from the people who work here to the person who initially waited on me . A young lady helped me and was very nice . I had no idea that she had no clue what she was doing . After being there for 2 hours I finally got the device . We take the device back to the school and we keep getting an error message and it won't connect . I call the 800 number and they keep me on the phone for an hour before they tell me I need to go back to the store . When I return to the store the person there apologized for the device not working but advised they couldn't take the device back a manager had to . I live 40 miles away and I returned the next day to be told the manger wasn't there again and the store staff was again non helpful and rude . Advised I would be charged $40 when the receipt says $20 restocking . I'm confused why I have to pay when the device didn't work . This experience has been by far THE worst ever . If this was the last mobile carrier I would get a pager .
