Staff is lazy, very unhelpful. I asked a employee for help she looked at her scanner and said "idk" didn't even look up.

This review is strictly on the Starbucks not the actual target !! Slowest Starbucks inside a target I've ever been too. Any time I've tried is horrible. Drink comes out bad or super slow. Go across the parking lot to The actual Starbucks

They aren't making people wear masks... if someone doesn't have a mask they should not be allowed in unless they fit the criteria to be exempt.

Like most ppl I absolutely love target. I never had bad experiences at any target I've been to in any given state. This target was no diff. I think they have excellent staff that are friendly and attentive. They have a good mixture of young kids and older seasoned folk working here which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience with great customer service. I have been a few times during this covid-19 pandemic and they have been nothing but pleasant. Thank you all for working so hard.

I attend this target regularly--nice store, store members are helpful. Recently tried the mobile pickup a couple of times--order was correct each time! I enjoy shopping at this location.

You can find some of the hard clearance items to find. I wasn't happy with the customer service initially. They item I wanted was labeled "team lift" and when I tried to ask for assistance getting it to the register I was met with a nasty attitude. Now this person wasn't busy they were putting things back i' not sure why she was nasty but thankfully the person who was working in customer service was not. She was kind and patient. I noticed however the store doesn't do a great job at labeling their clearance you would need to know what's on sale because if not you can miss out on a ton of great deals. Overall the store was cleanly with the exception of clearance and I will be returning for more clearance items.

This Target is slowly stepping up their game! It's better than Greenbelt and Upper Marlboro locations. The apparel department always looks presentable no matter what time it is. There's hardly a time when I needed something and it was out of stock. Price matching or honoring old sale prices from the prior week is honored without any problems. No waiting in lines!! Bathrooms are clean!! What!! Employees smile and actually speak to you! Someone pinch me cuz I think Im dreaming!!

As we all know you can never just run into Targay to pick up just one thing... that is unless your order online and pickup at customer service. I have done this on more one occasion, in & out in 10 minutes flat (during business hours). Only once have I been there and the line was longer at customer service while all of the other checkout lines were empty! Knowing my way around a Target even with the new cool updated renovation, I figured I would be better off picking up my item & paying for it in checkout rather than standing in the customer service line. I did just that, snagged my item, checked out, and canceled my online order from my phone all within minutes. Who doesn't love Target?!? So convenient!

This Target location has evolved over the years. They recently underwent a renovation and have enhanced the overall appearance. However, as a former employee and frequent shopper, I think they could do a little better on the customer service area. I was there a few days ago, and the employees appeared to be tired, upset, and unhappy.

I ordered a food processor online. i came in 3 days later to pick it up and they couldn't find it. The pick up field in the email showed my first and last name and middle initial. Someone there misplaced it under the wrong name so i had to go back up the car to get the code since they couldn't use my ID only. Instead of apologies the lady at the counter gave excuses. I'm giving the store a better than one because my other cashier was nice and capable.

I like this location because it's close to my office and quieter than over-crowded DC locations. HOWEVER, within the two times I needed to exchange product the line was 7 people deep and they only allocate one employee to help. It feels a little ridiculous to wait 10-15 minutes to simply exchange something. You should be more cognizant of this and really send someone else to help.

I absolutely love Target! Never had a bad experience shopping at this particular store, went there last night and they are remodeling the whole store which is great! Target is definitely my go-too! Their Cartwheel app helps me save here and there which comes in handy on so many occasions.
