I shop at this target very often and typically never have a problem. However, I recently had an experience that was just less than what I usually experience here. Long story short... prior to going to the store I call to double check that they still participated in the "Cat and Jack" exchange/refund policy. I was told on the phone yes only to arrive and be told by Denise, the manager, that "someone made that up on social media", "it's not even a real thing", "look it up online", and "you've never done an exchange here."
So, I told Denise you know... let me make sure I didn't call another location. Called the number, the same person picked the phone up and stated that yes, we did talk and yes, he did sat they do "Cat and Jack exchanges". Denise stated she would correct the associate that told me that, it's not accurate, ect and her closing statement was "Well we won't be doing it here. Not today".
I should just move on with my life, right? But the problem is I actually have exchanged target brand clothing at this location before for store credit, the target website literally says, "Target Owned Brand items can be returned for up to one year with a receipt for an exchange or refund." Not to mention her unnecessary attitude while I tried to remain pleasant and respectful. It's even crazier that someone would look you in the face and tell you that you've never done what you know for fact that you have. It's borderline weird.
I ended up going to another Target close by and was able to exchange the items for store credit with NO PROBLEM. Just like I have in the past. I understand that it is a tedious task, so I never come in with a truck load of things. It more so seems like it just depends on who is at the counter at this specific location. I've never had this problem anywhere else.

Poor customer service. No one ever answers the phone and when you go speak to someone at guest services they are clueless. Managers are not accessible. Bad experiences. Will not be returning.

I was at this Target location on 1/20. I was in the skin care aisle and I notice that everything has been locked up. So, I found an employee to unlock the glass and grab the product I want. It took 20 minutes for someone to help. When she finally did help , she was rude and whiny. She said, “They called me three times and I was in the back, I said I was coming.” Her attitude was not called for. I wish I got her name. I was in aisle A9. I will definitely not be returning to this location. She needs an attitude fix.

This is horrible!!! You have at least 50 people waiting in ONE line that is open, and self checkout. What happened to Target, why you don't have cashiers anymore??!!! NOT all people want to use self checkout!!! This is supposed to be service. Target in general really dropping a ball on service part for the last few years. That's why people don't want to go to the stores anymore!!!

I Love Shopping Here But What I Don’t Appreciate Is Getting Sold Expired Chocolate. For The Amount Of Money Things Cost, The Least Y’all Could Do Is Check For Expired Goods Before It Makes It Out The Door. The Saddest Part Is, This The First Time I Gotten It Like That At This Location. And The Second Time At Crofton Location. Saddest Thing On The Same Recent Order, Both Your Location And Crofton Gave Me Expired Chocolate. I’m Not Which Came From Which Store But This Is Ridiculous. Shelf Where The Juice Boxes Sit Need To Be Wiped Down, It’s Super Sticky And Nasty.

Great store… but like so many other retailers right now, not enough cashiers.
Long lines later in the evening and the self-checkout wasn’t available for some reason.
It’s a real reason not to go to the physical store, which is a loss for the company because I spend so much more impulsively in the store later in the evening after a not-so-great day at work when I want to make myself feel a little happier!!!

This location is alright it’s a hit or miss but they do always have what I need. I don’t like that they’ll close the self checkout lanes and only have two cashiers open with a line of customers. The drive up is convenient and the staff comes out quick. I did have an issue once. The employee did not refund my items; that was my first time returning something at the drive up. I didn’t realize it until a week later. I went inside the store, explained what happened and she provided me with my refund with no problem. I was nervous because I thought it would’ve been a my word against an employee I do not even remember situation. It was the total opposite, I appreciated her customer service.

Predatory people in the electronics section demanding to know what cell provider you have, what model phone, and what you pay. They claim their higher rates for less service are better. They also actively block cell signal in this store, trying to force you on their wifi.

Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm - Only ONE cashier working .... we had 7 people in line at one time and just a single cash register was opened! If we can't use the self-checkout now - then OPEN MORE REGISTERS!

Great selection of products and the shelves are always well stocked. I love that self checkout is available and that there is a staff member nearby to help, if needed. The staff member was especially helpful on my last trip.
