I came in for a broken screen but left with my iPhone settings out of wack. I can no longer use certain functions on my phone which were working perfectly fine before coming in. They claim certain functions were tested but not all. Now I have to actually take my phone to Apple to see what’s going on which defeats the whole purpose of coming to these guys in the first place. Customer service is alright but I don’t like the fact that nobody including the manager had an answer for me on how to resolve this.

The young man that waited on me was very nice and helpful. I just wish they had a screen saver for my phone. I will try and get one today. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for your help.

Excellent service. This was my first time using this service, and I could not be more delighted. Only issue is they should have checked the full operations, they only checked the computer without asking for the ability to log in to run all testing.

Might be Google's fault but they sent me here to get my Pixel Fold screen repaired. Folks at the counter said they didn't have parts and couldn't even order them. Directed me to another uBreakiFix (Largo) but left me wondering how another location could get parts if they couldn't ?♂️.

I have been to the uBreakiFix in Bowie twice now, and the only reason they are getting that 2nd star is because the first experience was fine. Dropped my ipad, screen cracked, and they repaired it after about a week. I was charged more than half the cost of just getting a brand new ipad, so I did feel I was overcharged a bit, but Idk how much this stuff costs so I shrugged and let it be. This time, I dropped the ipad in a less severe way, and the screen didn't break, but the tablet wouldnt turn on anymore. I dropped it off 2 and a half weeks ago, and today finally found out the tablet is dead and can't be repaired. I wouldn't give a negative review for just that, what I am upset about is the utter lack of communication on the part of the business. It took them 17 days to figure out that my tablet was dead and couldn't be repaired, and in that time I did not receive 1 single phone call or text to tell me what was going on. I had to call them myself if I wanted to know what was happening. After 1 week, I called, and was told that someone would be looking at it soon. After 2 weeks, I called, and was told that they were waiting for a part to see if that would fix it, and that it should be ready in the next day or 2. I wait 3 days and hear nothing, so I call back again, and am told that the part didn't work, and so there is nothing they can do. Each time I called, I complained that they hadn't been communicating with me at all, to which I was told "that's weird" or "someone was supposed to have texted you". I wasn't even informed when it was finally found out that the tablet was dead, I found out when I called today after them failing to message me yesterday or the day before like I had been told they would. In between having wasted over 2 weeks of my time waiting for nothing, and the fact that I had to follow up with them in order to get any information, I feel that this business is extremely unprofessional, and I will not be returning.

Unlike my experience on the phone with the representative (s) from Assurion/AT&T which disconnected me many times and never responded back and closed my file! uBreakIfix was wonderful! The sales representative was very knowledgeable and was willing to listen to my problem and didn't cut me off when I was talking to him. For now on I will not go through At&t Assurion customer service and I will just take my business to uBreakIfix in Bowie!

Really nice people. The manager went out of her way to explain to Verizon's idiot call center people how to issue a repair order. I'm almost positive that after 4pm Verizon switches to the call centers in India. Huge communication barrier. But she managed to work it out. So thank you ma'am!

I took an item to uBreakiFix to have it repaired because it would not charge. It turned out that the item didn't need to be repaired and I just needed a new charger. I would recommend UbreakiFix to anyone because they are honest and I've had nothing but good experiences with this company over the years.

Didn't even touch the console I brought in, just read what I've already heard when I looked up problems, said nothing they can do, well I was led to believe they would at least open it up, will not be using this service again.
