Horrible customer service, staff wasn’t friendly or helpful and facility wasn’t organized. This location doesn’t have “new passport applications” available compared to other post offices in surrounding area. I will not return to this location.

The gentleman at the counter was so rude for no reason, I mean seriously he could’ve let me use the clear tape but NO suggested that I buy a whole roll, when seriously a small piece of tape wouldn’t have hurt a BIT! I won’t go back!

Delivery of mail is getting bad I get wrong mail to my house and others get mine some I don't even get from what I see on my camera they seem to always be having a conversation on the phone and must get distracted very easily doing the actual job they must last minute just shove mail in the bag and just make it look like they doing something just recieved my post market place on Friday when it has always come on Wednesday been around here for 30 years this is the worst it's ever been

Mannnn this location wayy better than the one on Laurel Bowie road. The clerks in there were nice and helpful. I lost my key and they went to the extent of calling the gentleman on the route today to hold my mail for me. Only location I’m going to moving forward.

Very pleasant & polite, but, despite my repeated representations, insisted on weighing and inputting my six international packages information all over again, after I had weighed, completed and printed customs labels for ages at home...
At the fifth package she realized that she did indeed have an "online button" and was able to register them instantly without re-entering them! Profuse apologies and over 30 minutes at the counter (plus a wasted 2+ hours at home...) and several frustrated customers behind me as a result. Otherwise great service.

Customer service here....horrible. Employees are not professional, nor do they speak to you in a respectful manner. They are not friendly and give the impression that they are just there, not really pleased with their jobs and the service they provide. Considering this is the customer service field, I'm disgusted by the lack of care and concern for the public it services. If customer service is important to you and how you are treated my businesses and entities you patronize, go elsewhere.

Will not return, I’d rather drive the extra miles to Staples and do USPS shipping there than return to this location. I came in with a smaller package and a label. I asked if it was ok to mail something of this size and the employee said “if the label fits.” I demonstrated that it would to the employee. She then refused my package. The label itself was a USPS package label, I asked specifically if there was a size limitation i.e. was the package too small to mail once she initially refused to accept it. Over three times of asking, I got three different answers, none of which was a definitive no. Her first response was “you don’t want to get lost.” Well, that’s not my problem, that’s on the post office (who I trust not to lose it if I’m obviously willing to use them). Her second response was, “don’t you just want to buy a package to put it in?” pointing to the padded envelopes for sale. No ma’am, I don’t want to spend another $1.99 to return an Amazon package. The third time I asked, I started coughing because of seasonal allergies and, understandably the concern about COVID is real, but she looked at me like I was a pariah or had leprosy. At that point I left. Later, I called and asked for the postmaster or supervisor on duty. Once connected, I asked them if the were “the supervisor on duty” to which the woman responded, “excuse me?” with an unnecessary amount of attitude.
I don’t know when this office went downhill, but it was never like this before and I’m saddened and, well, bummed. It’s a complete shame because I used to love this post office. They always provided great service, were kind in addition to being professional, and I enjoyed going there. Now - total garbage.
