I went to this post office at around 9:50am because on the website and on the front door it says the store opens at 9am. To my surprise the door was locked and the office was not open yet. There was no sign explaining anything. This is extremely frustrating and so unprofessional

While I very much like the USPS employee who is typically at the window Mon - Friday, She's extremely friendly and helpful. This review is specifically for whoever manages the Saturday access hours. Regardless of which Saturday I go, the door is never unlocked despite both the door and website displaying these supposed PO Box Access hours of 10 AM - 1 PM. It's extremely frustrating and it's unprofessional. Do better USPS! I have spoken with USPS on several occasions and nothing changed. After I was informed that the postmaster was going to give me a call months ago, and it never happened, I moved on.

The only USPS I have ever been to with actual friendly employees. Will never go to another USPS as long as I live in this area. 11/10

Easy in and out. The person who works there is very friendly and helpful. Much easier to deal with than the big Bowie post office.

The people here are friendly, but the number on the USPS website for this location appears to be a fax number. It would be helpful if you could call this location.
