If I could leave a negative number of stars I would. There are only two employees there that are worth while and unless you know their schedule, be prepared to have a horrible experience.
Just yesterday, I went to the pharmacy to get my medicine because I had just seen my doctor and he prescribed me more medicine. Walgreens decided to override the doctors prescription and tell me l couldn't get it until today because I had to wait 30 days. I told them that I picked up my last medication on the 6th of last month (1 month earlier) they continued to tell me l couldn't get it until tomorrow. so l said no worries. I called them when they opened this morning to ensure that they have all of my medications and that they would all be filled there on site and not by a 3rd party. (Which is what they have told me to do in the past). at around 1030, the app was showing that my one med wouldn't be ready until the 10th, another tomorrow and the other one was in processing. so I called to verify what the app was saying and to make sure they were filling them there today. I was hung up on twice by the automated system and when I finally got through, the pharmacist began to berate me and yell at me as if it's my fault that their system is not accurately reflecting what is going on. after yelling at me for about a minute and telling me a bunch of nonsense she hung up on me. she didn't give me a chance to speak at all.
Not once would she allow me to explain why I was even calling because the system wasn't accurate. if one of my employees did that to anyone, they would be fired or removed from interaction with others immediately. absolutely uncalled for and no wonder hundreds of Walgreens are shutting down. They need to with employees like that. I will now be finding a new pharmacy. thanks for nothing Walgreens.

Get out of this pharmacy ASAP!!!! I called to check on my husband's prescriptions, since he was hung up on twice and the app stated they would not be ready until next week. Which is not what they told him this morning. After I spoke with them, they yelled at my husband about it and berated him because they needed time to update the system. NO, that's not OK to speak to customers like that!!! Also, they wouldn't fill his medication cause apparently Feb 6 to March 6 isn't 30 days (must be common core thinking .... Ummm yes it is!!!!
There are maybe 2 people that actually care that work there ( those 2 are wonderful). Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good.
I laugh at the commercials that show everyone cares at Walgreens Pharmacy. Maybe corporate should visit??

The pharmacy is horrible! We were in the drive thru line at pharmacy before 6:00 pm maybe at 5:53 it closes at 6:00 pm there are cameras so we can prove we were in line before 6:00 pm. The two techs after they finished the customer before us at 6:05 theyyyyyy literally while the customer was in line closed the pharmacy and literally ran out. I don’t think they checked to see that we were there before 6:00 pm. Omg we literally watched them walk to their cars at 6:05. My husband truly needed his prescription nasal spray before hip surgery on Tuesday . We were in line before 6:00 this is just so wrong. Anybody that got in line after us would have been considered late because they came after 6:00 pm. This is soooi wrong!!!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Especially after the experience I just had. I went in for one item at 12:30. I found my item pretty quickly and proceed to wait in line. While waiting the gentleman behind the counter (African American bald male, black glasses) moved slower than molasses yet his mouth moved faster than lightning. He spent 20 MINUTES TALKING TO THIS WOMAN WHILE ALL 6 CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE FORMED A LINE! To make matters worse the manager walks up (light skin male short hair cut was wearing a grey track suit at the time) walked up didn’t acknowledge not one customer and did offer any assistance either then walked off. This entire experience made me never want to go back and I absolutely will not be. Either find MORE employees or GET BETTER ONES!!!

This is for the pharmacy specifcally. Dont got here. They are NEVER timely. They don't answer the phones. They take forever. They don't listen to called in prescriptions in a timely manner. I was seen at 10am. The prescription for antibiotics was called in at noon. I kept calling for a prescription status check every hour. Ive been in quite a bit of pain and really need the medicine. Nothing is coming up. My provider called again and this time spoke with a person after being on hold for a long time and repeated the order at 440 pm. Here I am on hold 20 minutes trying to talk to someone because I just called to check the status of antibiotics and it's says there isn't one. They answered and asked if I could please hold some more. Are they trying to infuriate people?! I absolutely hate that my insurance mandates I use a walgreens. This place is terrible. 10/10 don't recommend.

The walgreens website is set up in such a terrible way that I was able to make an appointment, fill out all the required information, and receive confirmation- even though I was set up to fail. Only when I came in for the appointment and after the person at the pharmacy spent half an hour clicking away at the computer, requiring me to VERBALLY SAY MY FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER in line, only then was I told my insurance was out of network and I could pay a mere fee of $200 for the covid vaccine. I explained how I didn't have time to schedule another appointment at any other pharmacy before the coming work week where I would be meeting a hundred new people. Didn't matter. What a despicable bait and switch. Avoid this store and location at all costs. Walgreens Annapolis road.

Ive been on hold for an hour and a half at this point. It's gone from more than three people ahead of me to now the staff is answering other calls. I don't know what's going on and I'm just trying to find out where my prescription is. I think I made the wrong choice.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve been too and that’s coming from a previous pharmacy technician. They never have my prescription ready even when it’s a day later. The pharmacy technicians I have dealt with have an attitude and I’m always waiting for my prescription. Had to change pharmacies would not recommend.

This pharmacy has screwed up all of my prescriptions and i have a lot. Theres always a wait and one hand never knows what the other is doing. DO NOT GO THERE IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR PRECIOUS TIME

Between inappropriate behavior from a pharmacy tech that was reported and never addressed and 3 hour hold times, I'm about to find a different pharmacy and never use Walgreens for anything ever again
