I want to commend McKenzie in the Pharmacy for her diligent and caring service provided to me after 4 days of waiting. My other pharmacy location was not willing to solve the insurance issue. After countless hours, she resolved the issue and even responded back to me. Good service is hard to find now days. Thanks again!

When you’re there in person, you can tell the staff is trying. But clearly management/corporate is not giving these people the resources to run the pharmacy smoothly. Calling? You might be on hold 30 minutes. IF the phone gets picked up. If you call the front store, the manager just says “hold on” and hangs up. Then doesn’t answer when you call back. Certain pharmacists will say stuff is out of stock just because they don’t feel like filling it. But if you go up there, it’s clearly on the shelf and you end up waiting another half hour for them to begrudgingly fill it. Just pitiful.

I waited online for over an hour to speak to a pharmacist. When the phone finally rang thirty times, it automatically disconnected. I had no better luck when I called to speak to the store manager or the pharmacy manager.

Between inappropriate behavior from a pharmacy tech that was reported and never addressed and 3 hour hold times, I'm about to find a different pharmacy and never use Walgreens for anything ever again

Pharmacy doesn't respect appointment times, treats everything first come first serve. 45 minutes after my appointment time they were finally ready to do the vaccine.

Have been waiting 1.5 hours on hold to speak with pharmacist. Attempting to assist patient whose prescription they could not fill without speaking with me first. Now while writing this post I received message that they decided to fill prescription. No one in life has time for this. Especially not the physician.

My favorite and most local walgreens. Always keeping things in stock and they try their best to make things available even during their amazing sales. I have a full pantry and laundry shelf thanks to them. Excellent customer service and always ready to assist you even over the phone.

I know pharmacy's get a lot of negative feedback but Walgreens has been consistent on service, timeliness on Rxs and being well-stocked. I changed from CVS after being with them for over 20+ years because they inventory was always lacking and their customer service declined. I'm hopeful Walgreens will continue their commitment to service. If they tell me it will take a particular timeframe to fill a Rx, it is always ready as promised. Just make sure your Rx are completely filled out (including DOB & address) before placing the request. I'm

Before I was gonna put this, someone review it with 1 star too. So here is situation. I ordered items online. First the order was partially filled. Then the clerk explained to the matter, in front of customer, she did not do it but someone else did. Well that may be a good excuse but please not in front of customers. it really does not matter who did. The important part is try to fix the issue. That is where this seemingly a brilliant manager came in. He was willing to discount for half of order. As much as I wanted both but it is fair enough. Well unfortunately this manager do not understand math overcharge me by over 25% and left the scene. I could not find him. He had every power to rectify the situation but he failed. Terrible manager.

This is currently the worst pharmacy in the area. They claim they never get my family’s prescriptions (from 3 different medical practices!). It sometimes takes days to get your prescription. And customer service has declined dramatically in the last few months. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a few years with no major hiccups, so, when things started to go wrong, I decided to wait a bit hoping they’d fix the issues. But after a few months, things are just getting worse. I don’t recommend this location!

After seeing that my medication prescribed the day prior still wasn't even in the process of being filled, I decided to call the pharmacy to see what was going on. I was on hold for an hour and a half and then they just hung up on me. I will be going to a different pharmacy from now on. This is beyond frustrating and a not needed stressor while I'm sick.
