I had a very very very bad experience with Whitehall shell during my motor vehicle inspection. They do everything to get your money for no reason. I won’t recommend anyone going there for car repairs nor car inspection. They do not even merit a star.

I have an Audi A6 Quattro, this was my first time coming to the shop customer service was great they diagnosed then problem fast and fixed it within couple hours. My Mechanic name was Benny make sure to ask for him if you decide to go.

Professional guys doing great work! Had to get my safety inspection done. Made a quick appointment for following day and had the car inspected less than an hour after arriving. Will be going back for my other car needs for sure! Thanks guys!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI am just one person and I will usually gives places a shot twice before forming a bad opinion. Ut this was awful and I will never take my car back. They had my car 4 days and just did front brakes and an oil change. The price was more than the dealer estimated they never called me and I had to co tinge to call them and they left Friday without calling me or letting me know my car would be there over the weekend because they don't work and no one knew anything about my car. I called Monday and said I must have my car back today. When they finished it I received a call to come get my car when would I be there to pick it up. When I got there and voiced my concern I received and apology from the manager and that was it. As I said it cost more than the dealer. This place isn't worth a second chance and I will be seeing if I can find the owner.

Service was excellent. I called for an appointment. I was told to bring it in the same day. They gave me a quote by the end of the day which was extremely reasonable. Repair were completed within 2 days. Great shop, great staff. Anytime I need mechanic repairs I will be returning!
