Bought over $400 worth of clothes and I asked that they please double check that all security tags are removed since I live 45 minutes away and also taking half as gifts to Spain. The manager was the one ringing me up and checking for security tags and I discovered one was left on when I was packing them for my trip. I drove back and saw the same Manager and explained I had to drive 45 minutes back because a tag was found. He said sorry like he didn't really mean it and didn't offer anything else other than an insincere "sorry". He could have offered something like a Gift card or something for the trouble. Terrible customer service!

Our favorite place to shop in the area! They have good selections, decent number of premium brands (Theory, All saints, Vince, Saks off 5th) as well as your standard CK, Adidas and Nike stores. They also have a couple cosmetic stores and I go there to get basic skin care for cheaper. Overall, not the best premium outlet I've been to but would say best option in the area. One downside is their foodcourt selection - wish they had better options than what's currently available. Hoping they improve!

This is a nice and well-built outdoor outlet mall with nice covering from the sun. There's a kids play zone and it's a good challenge for kids up to 12. Was impressed with the selection of stores in this particular mall.

My big gripe about this place is the poor mobile connectivity. My wife and I cannot call or even text each other when we are there. It is impossible to open an internet site on your phone. The free wifi is a joke. Today as a test I walked to the furthest edge of the parking lot and was able to open sites that I could not open in the mall. This has happened with different service providers and different phones. It's as if they jam signals, which I thought was illegal.

Just a few interesting stores there. Not much to shop for. Only good for sports outlets.

Update: Based on our last visit, it will be some time before we would consider visiting again. Their website stated that they opened at 10:00 a.m. and every store separately listed their starting time at 10:00 a.m. We arrived shortly after opening to find that many of the stores - including big name stores - were closed. Only one of the stores on our agenda was actually open, while the others had signs indicating that they were actually opening one hour later, two hours later, or they displayed no sign at all, leaving us to guess if they were going to open at all that day. One establishment had a sign saying that they would open at 3:00 p.m. that day. Here's a suggestion for their website: Don't list opening times of 10:00 a.m. if you don't actually open at that time. At 10:45 a.m., the place was eerily uncrowded. As with our last few visit, there were maintenance issues - including a broken escalator, of course, and a lack of interesting food places. Prices seem as high as the "regular" store counterparts, and most of the sales seem to be of the type: "buy two get one free" or "buy one get one at 50% off". If you want just one (pair of shoes, for example), be prepared to pay the the high MSRP. It's a shame, because the layout is great, there is plenty of parking (even if it were ever crowded), and the employees are friendly.

The only reason this store is getting five stars is because of Constance. Constance provided superior service and is a true asset to the store. She was so kind and helpful! Thank you !

I knew I was in trouble, when they opened an outlet mall about 30 minutes from my home. Lord have mercy, and hide my credit cards. There are a ton of great places to shop. I love the Kate Spade store, but don't forget there is Michael Kors, Coach, and Tory Burch. Then, there is Nike, Uggs, and Under Armor for shoes. My new find was Carter's for kids and a Loft outlet for clothes. And these are only the stores I have visited. So, if you are looking for some good deals and great finds. Then, head on over to Clarksburg Premium Outlet and have a ball.

I literally had no phone service there... Food court sucks about 3 restaurants The stores were ok but I did feel like it could've been more stores... Not that big off a outlet compared to ranger outlet

Pros: their UGG & Under Armour outlet stores. It is also convenient for their Kung Fu Tea & Banana Republic if you need something last minute. We appreciate the convenience of the location if we ever needed something since there is no longer a mall nearby us in the area. The closest one is Montgomery in Bethesda and that's easily over a half an hour. Cons: their Nike never actually has anything on sale to be considered an outlet. Every time we've gone, we've never actually seen a great sale... or like an additional percentage off like outlet stores usually have. ALSO DO NOT EAT at the "Guacamole Tex Mex" restaurant in the food court. Such a rip off! First they incorrectly charged us for our burrito meat and wouldn't change it? And then I got a side of plantains that were priced $2.95. And was charged $5!! When I asked what that was about, she said that there are so many things wrong on the menu and that what she charged was right... here's an idea- take the damn time to update your menu before falsely advertising prices! It's not even like a $0.50 increase or anything- that's almost double the price of what I was expected to pay and wasn't even told until after I was charged and they made it to order. When I expressed my anger and asked for two forks, she reluctantly gave me two after forcefully giving one to me- you should be OFFERING me utensils for the food that requires it! And like one fork was going to kill their business... what will kill it is a terrible customer service experience and we will not be returning.
