Closes early . I was there at 12:15 on a Saturday. The Internet says it’s open till one so that needs to be updated if those are no longer the hours. Otherwise, the service here is good.

I go out of my way to come to this post office (I'm from the Germantown area). The atmosphere, service, and prompt help I get here makes it worth the extra few minutes. Thank you to those who work here for making it a nice post office to come to.

Same as others, I drive out of my way for this post office. Staff are helpful, friendly, and professional and the vibe is chill.

I am a Boyds resident and just wanted to say thank you to the employees at the Boyds Post Office - who went out of their way to help locate and deliver a parcel from abroad which had been routed to the wrong distribution center. I especially want to thank the postmaster - who took time out to call me three times with updates - this is the best customer service ever. Thank you!

I go miles out of my way to patronize this PO. I live a mile from the Clarkburg facility but choose Boyds because there is never a lengthy wait, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Don't bother going here for only a post office errand. Never know when it will be open or closed. Forget the signs on the door. Hit and miss. Lunch is always started 10 minutes early and opens back up 10 minutes late. This is no way to run a post office. Shame on the USPS!!! I will be contacting the uppers about this continual issue. Change the office hours if the staff can't work what is posted on the door. At least the community would know when it was opened. Frustrating when you make a special trip and surprise, it's closed! This has nothing to do with Covid. Has been happening a long time before Covid hit.

Just like the other reviewer said, I would go out of my way to this particular post office. It's at the edge of the agricultural reserve so it feels like a mini-vacation to get there. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is much more relaxed than the post office in my region. Highly recommend!

I can get my packages faster if they were delivered by a wingless owl.Good luck trying to call and speak with their reps . Every time I've tried it set me back an hour at the very least and you'd be lucky if they dont just hang up the phone once they pick up...USPS needs to upgrade their postal services to better assit their customers.Extremely disappointed at the retailer for choosing USPS just to save a few more pennies .

They close at 12 PM on Saturdays not 1 PM like the Google says.
