  Called on Tuesday about a vehicle that I was interested in, made an appointment the following day to go and see it. I was able to get there earlier than the scheduled time to go and look at it, and they were more than accommodating to make it work for me.
  
  When I arrived I was met by Tony with a strong handshake and a friendly introduction. He handed me the keys to the car that I was interested in and said go ahead and take it for a drive. This wasn't something that I was used to, usually you have a salesman riding with you talking/selling up the car, but not this time.
  
  I was able to enjoy the ride on my own terms, really get to examine the car, make sure that it was something that I was comfortable in.
  
  After the drive when I arrived back to the dealership I sat down with Tony to talk some numbers. They were more than fair when listening to my concerns about the car. I didn't feel a single ounce of pressure for the duration of the car buying process which was also very new to me. Tony is a true master of his craft and a professional employee. If you are thinking of buying a car then make the trip to Braddock. This is a place that definitely goes against every stereotype that car dealerships have.

  My car got stuck on a curve on a nearby road. I couldn’t get unstuck so I remembered that Braddock motors was right down the road and walked up to see if they could help. Both of the mechanics there walked down to my car with me figured out the angle that I could get out at and gently rocked my car until it was free and back on the road. They checked the undercarriage of my car to make sure I hadn’t damaged anything and that was all. They didn’t ask for money. They didn’t expect any money. They did it just to be nice. That is rare in this day and age! I don’t know anything about the actual work they do or the cars that they sell but if their integrity with those things matches the integrity that they showed helping me with my car, I can’t say enough good things about them!

  I really appreciate the hard work and dependability of the mechanics in there. I go there all the time for maintenance and repairs, they always do a good job that I can depend on and because I always shop around I know prices are fair too. But not only that they're really kind and helpful, I really feel like they appreciate and value me and my business as a costumer as opposed to most places where they're just trying hurry up and get the cash and move you along.

  I’m 62 years old and have bought many cars in my day, both new and used. Let me tell you, Braddock Motors was my best experience ever! Our salesman Tony Lagana is the absolute best. He was very professional, understanding to our needs, and most importantly he was not pushy. Braddock Motors, you have a great one there, hold on to him!

  I was involved in an accident this morning right in front of their shop. The shop wasn’t even open for 1.5 hours. There were at least 2 gentleman there. 1 man, Grayson, checked in on the other driver and another person also helped the other driver to make sure he was ok. They immediately assisted the other driver and brought that vehicle into their shop after that driver came down to me to share their info. They were able to get that guys vehicle into their shop to assess his damage. Grayson saw that I was changing my tire, which had bursted during the accident, to a spare and offered to do it for me. He had set up emergency flags behind my vehicle to warn oncoming vehicles that my car was disabled in the road. He changed my tire and didn’t charge me anything to assist me. Another gentleman came to let me know that he had reviewed video footage of the accident and what had occurred. These gentleman, especially Grayson, went above and beyond to assist both drivers even though they didn’t even have to make an appearance as we didn’t even know their shop was open. They went above and beyond to help assist both of us. Braddock Motors have people working there that truly show compassion, and kindness to humanity. If I ever need work done on my vehicle outside of insurance or I am in the market for a vehicle, I will go to this business simple because I believe in supporting a place with hard working, honest people and this business has it. Thanks so much guys!!!
