Excellent Service and Exceptionally Friendly Staff!
We visited today (May 23, 2025) for a passport appointment and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the kind lady assisting us showed remarkable patience while helping us take a passport photo of our newborn. We truly appreciated her professionalism and care—thank you for making the process so smooth!

Watched driver not even try to come up our driveway to deliver packages because he didn't feel like it. Even followed him to the mailbox and didn't get packages that we KNEW were on the truck and he didn't bring because our driveway is long. Absolutely ridiculous. Driver with a goatee if you want to know.

The employees at the post office were so helpful when it comes getting your passport done or renewal, especially this smallest lady she is so nice,eh guys if you want something to be done at a post just go to Braddock Maryland Post Office
