AAA sent a Tow Company that requested both keys to my car. Only one key was returned after the vehicle service was completed. AAA technicians indicated that they only received one key from the tow company. I was advised to contact AAA customer service which I have twice, once immediately from AAA Service Center and then again two days later. Fourteen days later there was no response from AAA Customer Service. At my expense Iwas compelled to have my vehicle reprogr a mm

I really didn’t want to write this review, but felt it necessary. I’ve been taking my cars to Triple A of Brandywine basically for oil changes. Last year, they stated I needed brake work and new rotors done. So I let them complete the work which was supposed to include a brake flush. I had to take my car back a few times after the brake work and rotors were done because my brakes didn’t seem to be stopping as they should and there is a lot of squealing when I put my car in reverse. They kept stating they didn’t hear the squealing and that my brakes work fine. I normally take my car to Lexus or my local mechanic; however, my local mechanic is no longer in business and Lexus is just way too expensive. Anyway, I dealt with the squealing for some time now. This year I took my car for an oil change and they tell me I need at least three flushes, a brake flush, coolant flush and some other flush. So I asked them if the brake flush was done when I got new brakes last year, they assured me that it was. So I paid for the flush since they claim it was needed and should be done every year. However, something in the back of my mind told me to look up these services and when I got home, I did just that and I found out that I really didn’t need a brake flush since it was “supposedly” done when they did my brake work. So I call them and tell them this, they said, well the tech said the brake flush was needed because it was dirty. Now I only drive my car around Waldorf most of the time and it is rarely driven, so that was mind boggling to me, especially because what I read is that a brake flush is only needed every 2-4 years or every 30,000 miles. Which I hadn’t surpassed either. I feel like I paid for a service that wasn’t needed or that they made me pay for something that they forgot to do when they did my brake work the first time. So needless to say, they won’t be performing anything other than an oil change from this point forward. I hate feeling like someone has gotten over on me.

Can’t say enough great things about the folks here. We showed up ten mins before closing on a Friday evening needing a new tire after ours exploded, six hours away from home. They were so helpful and kind, and got us fixed back up and on our way within thirty minutes.

I have been coming to the Triple AAA Service Center for sometime now and Customer Service is Paramount. The technicians that have worked on my vehicle is always knowledgeable. I have never had any problems with my vehicle after the work has been completed. I highly recommend this service center. I do not provide this review lightly because Customer Service is Huge with me. Donnell and Ms. V. are amazing. The prices here are worth it.

Worst place. Got motor mounts installed last September/october. Three months later they needed to be replaced. Went back up there, they stated they had to order the part. Parts came and I received no phone call stating they were in. When I called for a follow up, I was informed they sent the parts back because I didn’t come in not knowing the parts were in. The parts were reordered and the mounts were replaced a second time. Three months later, the mounts went out AGAIN. This time they stated they would order the parts from the dealer and it would take 5-7 days. Two weeks go by, I call for an update and was told they still didn’t come in. I wait another two weeks and call back up there, then I was told the parts were in, again no one called to let me know. I was told to bring my car Friday for the service, but when I take it up there they state they’re swamped and may not get to it today despite being told to bring it in that day. My car was ready on Saturday but once again no one called to let me know my vehicle was ready. They have the WORST communication up there and act nonchalant about it. It’s no point in making an appointment as your time doesn’t get honored. I pray I don’t have to bring it back up there.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the facility. I told her what I needed (international license), she gave me the application, took my picture, processed everything and had me out the door in 10 minutes (no exaggeration). I loved this place.

I went to obtain an International Driver's License. There was no wait, and the agent was friendly and efficient. Great experience.

Techs could not open the door after car was towed there. Had to show them how to use a key. Car towed and
Left there Wednesday, was told they couldn't diagnose it until Monday because their one technician was going on vacation

Everytime I go and make an appointment and you wait hours just for an oil change. Went again and this time I gave up when my car was still sitting in the parking lot 30 minutes past my appointment. they are nice checking you in but you better bring a meal because you are going to be there a while. Go to Jiffy Lube if you want it done right!!

Please stay away from these people. You will probably do better buying a book on car repair and attempting to fix it yourself.A year ago my daughter took her car to AAA in Brandywine because she felt the car didn't sound right and was running differently. They charged us over $1,200 to fix her car. The next day she was coming home from school and the car over heated: the engine light came on, and the temperature warning alerted. We took the car back and AAA Brandywine informed my daughter that the overheating occurred because they didn't replace some sort of seal. They inform us that it would be another $1,200 to replace the seal. Fast forward to 12/27/2023 and my daughter takes the car back to AAA in Brandywine because the AC is not working. They charged us $200.00 for a diagnostic. Then inform us that the AC condenser and compressor both needed to be replaced. The AAA tech then sent us an estimate via email stating the repairs would be $1,900. Then the technician called my daughter and informed her that the cost would be $2,300.00 for the repairs, not the $1,900 in the emailed estimate. My daughter asked why there was a $400.00 difference in the emailed estimate and the verbal estimate. The AAA tech stated it was taxes. Maryland taxes are 6% not sure why AAA is allowed to charge excessively more state taxes then what is allowed by Maryland law. The AAA tech then asked her had she been in a accident. She stated she had. So the tech stated that the "accident" is what destroyed the condenser and the compressor. The tech didn't realize that what my daughter considered an "accident" was a piece of tire tread hitting her roof and her window of her car. The insurance company can confirm this.My daughter inform the Brandywine AAA tech to stand down and don't fix anything, she would come and get the car. She goes to pick the car up. And they hand her the service invoice and the declined services state the cost for the declined services was $1,700 dollars not the $1,900 in the emailed estimate or the $2,300 in the verbal estimate.I later Googled the cost for the service and the parts specifically for my daughter's car only to find that AAA seems to have 100% markup on parts. I know that you are about to say Google is not reliable but please hold you thoughts for a moment.I took the car to my sister's mechanic who is certified and owns his auto repair garage. He is very respected in her community. The diagnostic was $145.00. Yes, the compressor and condenser did need replacing. My sister's mechanic stated that the compressor and condenser had been destroyed because at some point the car had excessively overheated. I feel the excessive overheating was caused by AAA last year when the failed to correctly and completely fix the car.My sister's mechanic fixed the car for $1,200.00 which was $800.00 to $1,300.00 dollars cheaper then AAA based on which of the three AAA estimates you go with. My sister's mechanics cost were inline with Google and more traditional markup on parts (not what seemed to be the 100 percent markup by charged by AAA).Please take your car somewhere reputable and reliable. Please note I feel that the overheating was the result of the incomplete repair work they did last year which costed over $2,400.00. As such they want another $2,400.00 to fix what they broke.Buyer please beware "overpriced and incompetent. If these people are charging you anything over $200.00 please do your research and get a second estimate. I honestly wouldn't let them near a car but if you have no other choice don't take their word for anything money related or repair related. Consider yourselves warned.Update 2/23/2024. We ended up having to buy a whole new car. In my opinion the work performed by these people destroyed my daughter's car. The car was 7 years old and had less then 66k in mileage. She worked so hard to pay that car off and she loved "Carl the Car."

Let me start this by saying that if you come to this AAA establishment, please make sure to work with Simon and TaLyen. They were overwhelmingly helpful.I came in with a frustrating problem that has been plaguing me for a week with AAA. They both worked hard, investigated and helped guide me in the right direction where I eventually SOLVED my problem. So again, please make sure to look for Simon or TaLyen, they are both amazing and patient people.(They both need to get some promotions in my humble opinion)
