I visited twice for the same issue. Unfortunately, Ray was not helpful during my first visit—his demeanor lacked professionalism and didn’t reflect good customer service. On my second visit, I was assisted by Daviente (hopefully I spelled his name correct), who was the complete opposite: pleasant, attentive, and engaging. He provided excellent customer service and resolved my issue efficiently. I appreciated his support.

I had a great experience at this store location. Nadeza was excellent her customer service was on point. She helped me out so much. Made sure I picked the right phone, went above and beyond and it was so appreciated!

First let me say this: wherever I go and I mean anywhere your service (greeting, attitude,friendliness and the sell of your product)to me is 75% of how I rate you because if that’s not on point can and will go somewhere else…
Now back to the AT&T here the young lady was friendly,had nice smile on her face,was welcoming,attentive and asked me if I needed help with anything(that’s how you start your service for someone and everything else can be a cakewalk) I told her my issue and she hopped right on it and I walked away happy

Thomas went above and beyond to help me resolve my phone issues but it was beyond his control. I really appreciated him staying after closing to do his best to help! Other people would have simply told me there is nothing they could do after a few minutes of trying.
