I had a couple of guys at work recommend having my engine replaced here. This has NOT been an easy or good experience for me. I purchased the engine in August then had the truck towed to them/Brandywine Installations in Sept 2020. They called just before Thanksgiving (Nov 2020) to say they were replacing the engine that week and be finished before Thanks giving. I called after Thanksgiving and they said they were still working on it. Finally around 3rd wk of Dec 2020 that called back and said the engine they put in was bad and they would have to get another, engine but should be finished around Christmas. Christmas came and went. I called repeatedly for them to say they were "test driving it"....this went on for weeks. They finally called end of Jan 2021 to say they installed 2 engines and it still isn't working...."MAYBE" it's the computer. They sent me back to the rep that sold me the engine and he said "they think its the computer and I'll look up the cost and call you back with an estimate". It is now APRIL and NO ONE HAS CALLED....TEXTED....OR EMAILED. I'm going to have it towed to the Chevy dealer and have them diagnose the truck.BRANDYWINE INSTALLATIONS may know how to swap out an engine but they cant do anything else or my truck wouldn't have been there over 6 months with them with their thumbs up their A$$....INCREDIBLE

As the reviews state, terrible customer service!!!!!! Rude and unfriendly. Do not support this business. I wish I read the comments before taking my truck here. I was so happy to find a discounted Engine that I took a chance. Huge mistake!!!!! Buying the engine was ok. However installing and waiting months and then driving off and the check engine light came back on. And being told to take to Autozone was the issue!!!!!!

I was told by the sales person that my car would be ready in a week I called back after not hearing from them by Wednesday to find out that it won't be ready for 6-8 weeks. It is ridiculous and very inconvenient

I went to Brandywine U-pull it for a part that I needed. After I paid my two dollars to enter the yard, I found out that Brandywine pulls all the motors, transmissions, and pretty much anything in the engine bay before the car is put out on the yard. If you need anything engine or transmission related, DO NOT GO TO BRANDYWINE U-PULL IT...save your two dollars and go to Stafford or Fredericksburg Pick-a-part.

I have a 2018 Ford Expedition and I made a huge mistake and blew the engine up, I went to the dealer naturally and the price was astronomical 14k please note I did and do have a service agreement and warranty BUT it was my fault I could have lied but the mistake was clearly my fault. So let's get to the review my wife and friends were advising me to call Brandywine I am glad I did they found me an engine with 1900 miles on it and installed my brakes and turbos for less than half of what anyone else and they did a great job, Phillip Pallo was excellent and Laurie and Jeff in the installation center were excellent and honest they all were honest and fair.

Treat people as the way you want to be treated.Not because I could not speak and hear English well. Im Vietnamese. Not because I do not know about car as everyone does. I do not want to remember all bad experiences here and also I do not want mention a sentive word "r....." at this time. You never imagine that one day you do not know about "things" and come for helping. Or you come somewhere else without spoken English as your mother language. I feel frustrated at the time I gave my card to the stores without knowing no refundable, no exchange to my product. I knew after I paid and received receipt with papers. I even was shock at the day I picked up my product. He said NO WARRANTY COLOR. What can I do? ( a silly girl)He said I can order another one. I might be forget to tell you about color but you are the one who looked my car. Do you know how does it cost? $270.30You did not care about the look ( silver and black?) You just want to sell things. I wrote one review in Google. I know one review did not affect anything. However, I want to tell my voice.This is a Communication. You sell. I buy. Both good.Do not sell for only money. Do not think that you are the only store. Politely. Sir.I had been gone money for once only. Another lesson in my life. I spent waste time with wrong people. :((((((((.
