I have encountered one of the best customer service experiences ever. I visited here today for the first time due to it was on my route to work. My prescription was scheduled for later today pickup. I had to be at work very soon and I spoke with the associate requesting an earlier pickup. She was very polite and helpful and actually had my prescription ready within minutes. Very nice person and I have to say this 1 time excellent experience required me to transfer all my prescriptions here! Thanks again! You provided excellent customer service!!!!!

We need our previous pharmacist back or replace the ones that CVS has floating now. They are truly awful. Ridiculousness at its best. Go back to school and learn your job.

AVOID!! You will receive a text that your Rx is ready to pick up, drive to the store, wait in line for 15 minutes, only to then be told that it will be ready in 30 min. Multiple times, I've gotten there and they don't even know what they're supposed to have filled. The techs are constantly dropping the ball, and you can see in their eyes how checked-out they are. One of them might mumble an apology, but more likely they'll just ask they next person waiting what they need over your shoulder.As difficult as it is to believe, you'll be much better off filling your scrips at the Waldorf location on Western Pkwy... you won't be treated any better, but at least you'll be able to get your meds on time.

My experience with most pharmacies has not been good.However at this CVS, I honestly appreciate the friendly reminder calls I receive when my RX is running low and their offer to contact my doctor for a refill. The pharmacy staff is always friendly and able to answers any questions I may have regarding my medication.

I was scheduled for an interview at this location. I showed up at 4pm because that’s the time that I thought was communicated to me over the phone, but apparently the manager said it was for 3pm. They don’t send any email confirmations at all. When I showed up a few minutes prior to 4pm, she gave me a very disgusting look and said you were scheduled for 3. I apologized and said I thought it was 4. She did not give me an opportunity to reschedule due to the miscommunication. While I was unhappy at the time and thought she was very unprofessional and unfair, I realize it was a blessing that things did not work out. This location seems to be horrible all around and I would never work for an organization that provides awful customer service.

I wish I could take away stars if possible. I called for 2 days and never spoke to an actual person. I walked in today and asked if they were having phone problems, the tech told me that they were 3 days behind filling prescriptions, so they just weren't answering the phones. I hope no one has an emergency and needs an inhaler, Epi-Pen, insulin or heart medication in the next 3 days...

Never had anyone at pharmacy not help me Until today....get there for a pick up remind you one of worker were helping customer for drop off I stood there watching her talking along time to a customer about yes we both of us gave birth around same time so children are the same age... must knew lady ...this went on at less ten minutes.So customer left counter.So when it was my turn tells me I have wait at less ten minutes because she had other people in front of me that had been waiting...she has re-enter my coupon....tells the clerk that was helping me she has other customer that is waiting be served.I must be missing something am I a customer or what.....They all need go back to customer service classes.......I will be filling a report to Corporate Office...
