Just close this place (Brandywine)! Every call I’m # 9,000 in the queue. Every appointment I’ve waited 1-2 hrs to be seen for less than 5 min. Getting a referral is like solving world hunger & I don’t even have the energy to get into the front office staff. The literal worst.

I had to call and ask for a manager to get a call back after months of no return phone calls and being left the dark.

Will be looking elsewhere for health service for my sister. This place is awful. Find a different location. DO NOT GO HERE. Praying this place gets shut down.
