Warranty is questionable. The company they hire is called TriCity furniture repair. We met last summer to replace the cushion on my leather recliner which was off balance. The service man said it will take one month to order its replacement. Then I was notified the next month it would be a while. Six months later I received it (Jan '24). First repair guy came and said he needed 2 hours to do this job, he will be back next week. I was scheduled (!) for this Saturday 2/10, now they say that is not happening and can get me in by end of February. Oh hell no I'm not very happy about this and could "only" get next Thursday 2/15. Really ya'll lied about my replacement cushion and now 7 months later ya wanna fix it. REALLY?!?!?!

Great service, great experience and beautiful furniture. I had the pleasure of going into Regency Furniture and working with Yogi to purchase a dining room set. He made the process easy and effortless. The price was affordable! I definitely would return to this store again!

Rich was the man. Very knowledgeable about all products on this MEGA store floor. Rich went above and beyond moving pieces so that we could see the full visual. Rich made sure thing added up to where we wanted to be financially.If you need furniture do yourself a favor and stop by and ASK FOR RICH. He got you, I PROMISE!

Let this be a warning to those that like to purchase clearance items from this store. Should you happen to purchase any furniture on the clearance side and it is storming during your date of delivery, you will most definitely get WET furniture. Just because you did not purchase an item brand new, it will not get covered during delivery. THIS SUCKS. I did not purchase the item wet. A good business practice would plan for weather conditions and have drivers cover customers items regardless if it was purchase brand new or on the clearance side. I paid my hard earned money for this furniture. Good thing I had something to try to cover the pieces. But over all it still got wet. I will not be returning to purchase anything else.

Will has the best customer service ever! As we walked in the door he was the first to greet us with a smile and good information. He explained everything from the sections to the tags on items and was willing to walk around with you. His customer service was topnotch for me and very inviting. Whenever I have furniture needs in the future I will be coming to look for Will!

On or about November 24, 2023, I received two calls from the Regency Customer Service and confirmed each time to them that I am ready for a queen sized bed frame to be delivered to my home address in Woodbridge, VA. The two ladies from the customer service was informed by me Billy Montgomery that I had to take my wife to work and that she needed to be there in Stafford, VA by 9:00 A.M, and that I would return to my home by 9:30 A.M. The two representatives from the two calls both stated that it will be fine and that they will put a note in their database for the driver to see what time that I will be home. However, I was told by my two neighbors, one who is a county police officer and my other neighbor who is a government employer informed me that I just missed a delivery truck. I look at my clock in the truck and it was 9:15 hours. I let the two of them know that the customer service had confirmed with me on my cell phone that the driver was to be informed that I would be available at 9:30 in the morning. Regrettably, I called the driver and was told by a gentleman Rodriguez that they cannot come back because I was first on their list and that I will have to take it up with the store that I purchase the bed from. Rodriguez also was very rude and unprofessional with his action. I tried to calm him down and asked to speak with the dispatcher. The dispatcher explained the rules about how they make deliveries and said that I will need to speak with the store representative that I purchase the items from. I called the Regency and spoke with a lady, who told me that she called me twice to confirm the deliver and that I failed to answer the phone. I let her know that I had already spoken with two representatives early in the morning and that I was out working in my yard. I then said that I wanted a refund. She said that I will need to come to the store and speak with the manager. I told her that I do not need to speak with a manager and that all I wanted was a refund and that I will go to another store to get the bed frame. The lady manager named Elizabeth approach me on the wrong side by saying tell me what's going on without addressing me by either my first name or last name. I explained the situation to her and the salesman Jerome. Jerome tried to assist with rescheduling the delivery. The lady at the front desk tried to assist as well even thou I stated to them that this is BS. Elizabeth use her tone towards me in an unprofessional approach by raising her voice and not listening to what I had requested by asking her to look into the computer and see if a note was left that I had to take my wife to work and that I will be home by 9:30 A.M. She continued to try and explain the delivery process. I again stated to her that she still is refusing to understand my point. She then got upset after I said to Jerome that you know that this is BS and told me to leave the store. Another manager came in and asked how can I assist and asked me to come and speak with him. I let him know that I will speak with him outside because she asked me to leave the store and called the police and lied to them that I am trespassing. How can someone be trespassing when you have done some business at the store. The Prince William County police arrived and said that they understand myself being upset and that the lady manager seem to be somewhat cocky. When I purchased the bed frame and paid my delivery fee for the to come and deliver the bed and assembly the bed. Jerome or the manager never explained the delivery process to me. Again I say that their policy sucks and it is BS with how they treat a customer. Then they said in order for me to get a refund they will have to take 30 percent. Again I said that this is BS. The lady manager did not like my comment and asked me to leave the store because I am harassing her employers. My unprofessionalism appeared due to her unprofessionalism and her altitude of being rude and nasty with her tone by raising her voice and trying to over ride another manager, who was much more professional than she was at th

I liked the no pressure sales approach.They have great pricing if you are on a budget there is a section of one off/ mix and match items. They also have full selection of furniture. Looking around they seemed to have the best selection and prices in the area.

I drove up to Regency Furniture very late on a Saturday night. Was immediately greeted by the sales associate named Will Holley. He was AMAZING. Wow....honestly the reason I walked out of there spending my hard earned dollars is because of his attention to detail, understanding and listening to what I required, and his ability to think on his feet and get me a living room sofa I so desperately needed. I walked out of there 110% satisfied with the purchase I have made. If you're wondering where to stop at when furnishing your new home/apt or studio, look no more! Will has got your back and will ensure Regency Furniture will leave a lasting impression. P.S. I don't know what you're paying that man but he deserves a raise or bonus!
