I have been a long time customer of this pharmacy and I have to say that the service has really gone down. The wait time is awful and the pharmacist ( is rude and not very helpful. Ms. Gale is great and always very helpful and so is Kimberly and Angela. I think this might be my last time using this pharmacy.

When I first started going to this pharmacy, there was a different pharmacist there and I had great service.
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced.. I am pursuing everything at this point. I have been treated very poorly as a customer!!! There is a personal vendetta going on. Period.
One of my prescriptions was mailed out and charged without my authorization!!!!!!!
I have so many bad things I can say about this Safeway pharmacy, but I’ll stop here because I am pursuing things .

My prescription for amoxicillin was written for 21 pills but they gave me only 16 pills.
Did not notice until I was home and counted the pills well hopefully my tooth infection will heal properly

Always a great place to shop. Clean, organized and stocked. The pharmacy is helpful. They have a dedicated room for vaccines and the pharmacist is skilled and the shots never hurt. You also get a discount coupon for your groceries. What else do you need! ?

was using CVS and they were unable to fill my prescription after numerous attempts. After being without my meds for several days contacted Pharmacist at Brandywine Safeway. The Pharmacist contacted my Dr. and handled getting my prescription transferred and filled it the same day.

this is the worst place ever....the put u on hold snd do not pick back up or 5 minutes later u get hung up on.....or if they even answer..... they have told me my perscripion is not there when it was..they also told me im in a prior auth, when i wasent just a flat lye..... the act like there on drugs becouse they cant run a simple lil system.... one time the guy answered the phone and said mother fucker when i asked about my meds....i guess he was mad or something my 8 and 9 year olds could do a better job at running that pharmphy....that just the sad truththey inore u when walk up to the window.... a fucking joke thats all just childs play man they all need sent to the fucking house right now.....with no pay and take there dam safeway cards becouse they dont deserve them

I try really hard to be a positive person but this store is notorious for having expired food on the shelves. Please check your dates. I've wasted tons of money shopping here. It's really close to my home but I'd rather drive 30 mins for fresh meat/produce.

I visit this location regularly when I'm in the area and I needed to stop and pick up groceries and in the process I needed to use the rest rooms. The rest rooms are filthy! Trash on the ground, the men's toilet bowls not clean and full of dirt, bugs flying throughout. Management has to make this a priority.
