Customer service is horrible. Who thought it was a good idea to shut down self check out and have only one line open? Not worth my business.

Self check outs are pretty much closed all the time now and there are not enough cashiers so you have to wait awhile to be checked out. Target is usually my preference over Walmart but I don’t have time to wait 20 or more minutes to be checked out…

Check all food you buy from here. I did not check the expiration dates but they have food on stock that expired over a year ago.

Honestly don't use drive up at this location. I can go on and on about the details from my visit yesterday but overall will just avoid drive up at the brandywine target location.

This by far is my favorite target in the county. Great customer service, no long lines, never crowded, well stocked, working shopping carts, and always able to find a close parking spot. Unfortunately I couldn’t give this store 5 stars because each time I visited, the bathrooms were filthy. Restrooms could use some renovations.

Clean & friendly environment, and had what I needed for the most part. What they didn't have that I went in for was Pampers Swaddlers size 5 but they had the overnights and I was able to settle for those lol. No worries!

Target makes a ton of money from its customers so there is no reason for the bathrooms to be as dirty as they are. Only thing i can think of is GREED. They don’t want to hire additional staff to keep their bathrooms clean. Obviously target doesn’t care about the customers experience.

I've been shopping at this location for 10 years. NEVER enough lanes open to check out and self check out should be 10 items or less.
