“This was the most efficient rental pick-up I experienced with U-Haul. The staff checked me in and had me in the truck I rented within 5 minutes. There was no confusion on the vehicle I rented or delay in processing due to only one employee working at the desk. I will go back to this location if I need U-Haul services in the future.”
“There is one reason I would recommend this location. That is Benjamin W. He is a excellent example of a professional worker. He took the time to help me with my reservation when I arrives, I was having challenges completing my rental. When I returned I again experienced challenges checking out. Both time other people just said go do this or that, but if they took a few seconds to assist it makes a word of difference. I know everyone wants to do everything fast but I would probably had left without Benjamin W. assistant. It only took a couple of seconds. Thank you again for the caring, excellent service Benjamin W. I took time to write this because, my wife had been planning this move of a few items for weeks, it blessed her so I am blessed.”

The reasons are: Good values, clean and neat units and surrounding area and of course because of the fine lady that runs the establishment Ms Robin. She is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She got me out of a jam once when my battery died. I'll never forget how She had me jumped in just a few minutes. She goes the extra mile.”
“I was really stressed about having to move out of my apartment before my new one was ready...the manager Brittany was so helpful and patient with me...she really made my day. The storage unit was so clean and surprisingly smelled really clean too. I'd never used a storage unit before and got a little confused but there was an employee there I believe his name was Brandon he was so nice and explained everything to me and walked me through it...who knew such great customer service could exist in Forestville. The team at the Forestville self storage is amazing and I will always come here for my storage needs. Thank you!”

“Auth Road is my go to rent-a-car, Chris is a dynamic representative, courteous,even when they run out of cars. Over all I had to ask that tires be checked for air to other reps, or was run thru car wash.”
“Van had trash from previous renters. It had three alerts- “change oil soon”, “right rear tire low”, “TPMS system needs reset”. Gas was 1/16 tank to start.
Attendant pumped up tires on request, was helpful in general.
Check-in system converted my rental from $20+$1/mile to $99/day when it saw that was cheaper. I did not know that other option was available; thank you!”
