Exceptional customer service. Clean truck, easy in and out. I called and spoke with Jennifer about refund/credit for returning truck one day early. She was went the extra mile to text me to remind me to return before 24hrs (added my check-out time on text, so I’ll won’t be charged.

Failed to check that my rental was dropped off and he decided to just charge me again! He didn't when want to come out to inspect it when I picked it up. Don't waste your time!! They don't communicate!! He chose not to call to confirm he just chose to steal another days rental!
