This UPS store always provides great customer service. Had a recent experience with the United States Postal Service, in which they wanted me to purchase tape to affix my return label to my package. I had to drive to the UPS store to return an Amazon package. I asked the customer service representative if they could give me clear tape so that I can tape my United States Postal Service label to my other package. Instead they put my label in a clear sleeve AND affixed it to my pack for me to take to the United States Postal Service. I really appreciate this level of curiosity service and I hope the USPS can learn something from them.

It’s now been 20 days since I’ve been waiting for the owner, Rhonda, to get in contact with me about properly forwarding my mail—and still nothing. I’ve reached out and given plenty of time for a response, but I’ve been completely ignored. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

i started mailing my mail here back in march , it now June and my mailbox has expired , ive had so much trouble switching my mail over from this location to another , ive been consistent for 2 weeks on how i can properly move my mail over and i keep hearing the owners and managers will return my call and i have yet to receive anything , this is my daily mail . i would love for this establishment to reach out and assist me correctly after continuously getting wrong information from employees , i have left my name , number and even sent emails with nothing in return so far . poor location

I like that it's convenient, I can scan my own packages for return to Amazon, and they have a notary.

I wanted to provide a huge shout out to the staff and manager on duty Ms.Rhonda. I came in 02/20/2025 and came in close to closing time. After not receiving much assistance from the general customer service representative over the phone, I was assisted professionally in the correct way to complete a pre-paid shipping label. Ms.Rhonda took her time explaining the correct way with details while also training an employee. TALK ABOUT A MULTI-TASKER. I left feeling satisfied, helped, and experienced a few laughs with the 3 employees at the time. Customer service is always hard to genuinely receive these days and Ms.Rhonda was a genuine soul and excellent helper. My issue was resolved and I even learned a thing or two. Ms.Rhonda was professional, patient, knowledgable and all around a great energy to assist me properly throughout the entire process. Moving forward, I know where to come when i am in doubt/confused. THANK YOU TO ALL THREE EMPLOYEES WHO WERE SCHEDULED AT THE TIME AND A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MS.RHONDA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD TO FIND AS I MENTIONED AND SHE EXCEEDED ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU UPS!

I'm so sick of this UPS. I had an Amazon return today for a comforter. Which of course when you receive it from Amazon it's compressed in a vacuum sealed bag. Once you open that bag the comforter expands.
So I wrapped it as tight as I could and got it inside of a plastic target bag so clearly if I was able to do that it wasn't that large. I do the self service kiosk for Amazon returns because I was waiting in line for over 6 minutes. Mind you there was two employees at the desk helping two customers. I was the only one in line. When the one employee got done helping the customer she disappeared. Off to the back she went never to come out again. Why she couldn't just help me and then go to the back is beyond me.
Anyways! I go to the kiosk and scan in my comforter. For Amazon returns UPS uses the clear plastic bags. In which there were 3 rolls behind the employee at the counter. 3 different size rolls. I asked her for a plastic bag off of the largest roll. And she said she could not give that to me but that I could purchase one of the UPS bags on the shelf. I'm sorry what? I've returned so many items purchased from Amazon I'm surprised I haven't been banned yet. And never have I had to purchase packaging for an Amazon return that clearly states UPS will provide packaging and that no box or label is needed. But yet this lady is telling me she can't give me the large plastic Amazon return bag behind her!? I question her slightly about it but I don't have patience in life for b.s. anymore so I ended up walking out with my comforter that is now in the system as dropped off. Smh.
Unfortunately I did not get her name. But I swear that's my last time going to that Brandywine, MD UPS location. That place is a joke and they move like turtles in there. And quite frankly they all seem depressed and don't even want to be there. I've been there enough. I know.

India is one of the representatives here at this location that has a rude nasty attitude. I wish I had gone to Bowie location like I always do.

Achille made things nice and easy for the complicated return process of amazon packaging and showed initiative by wanting to learn the customer end of the process to be able to help better in the future. Showed kindness and great customer service on top of everything he had done.

On 12 Aug 2024 at 11:40 am the desk clerk I encountered at your Brandywine MD location was very abrupt, rude & unprofessional when waiting in me. She even called me a name when I questioned her behavior.
I’ve been using this UPS location for 3 years now
& have always found the clerks to be kind, professional & accommodating. This was the first time I have ever seen this young lady (perhaps she's a new hire) and this is the very first time I’ve been met with such horrible behavior & disrespect.

I return a lot of stuff I find Imani (or Armani) very patient and helpful. Much more better experience than I get with the UPS store in Bowie. I was wrong about something and she was very polite and how she corrected me She could have made me feel a lot more stupid and she didn't five stars for her I hope I got her name right She works at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday July 3rd that lady really loved her she's very good at talking to customers and moving things along as fast as possible and professionally
