I’ve never had a positive experience at this usps. Even if it’s 2 min away from my home I will always go to any other. The lady at the front desk is never nice.

Unfortunately you have to deal with them for everyday mail... if you paying for shipping services you better of with UPS. They are unprofessional, lie about delivery attempts, and are very incompetent! The manager is rude and needs a hug or something.
We use to have a GREAT post office up until about 5/6 years ago. Now the office is full of rejects.
Everything about this location needs help!!

Every time I come here it’s always a bad experience. Cathy is the most rude and unhappy person to have to deal with. They need to do better!

I had an issue with my mail and Tia helped me resolve the issue. She was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. She was very pleasant and refreshing to speak with.

This post office is useless. The lady at the front desk was so rude and then told me I had to go to a different post office to find out about my issue. She said that office doesn't deliver to our area when in fact they do. She didn't even try looking up my information. She kept making excuses. We all know they can look it up in their database but she was acting like it wasn't her job. Useless!

my experience at this USPS was excellent! This was the 1st time I had a good experience at one of these. The front USPS rep (Queza) was kind and patient and she was even smiling. Never have I seen an USPS worker smiling before. Makes such a big difference when someone isn't taking out their frustration on you. Glad she was there as I was not looking forward to going to the post office. I rather go to the dentist. All the ones I have been to have been unsatisfactory. Make me feel Like the people working in there are there against their will. But not this time. The rep made my day a lot better.

This post office is terrible. Between the nasty lady that works the desk, and the careless postal lady who delivers packages to the wrong addresses, it’s a mess. They will mark packages as delivered to mailbox even though it’s still on the truck. They have delivered other people’s mail and packages to my mailbox on countless occasions. I am currently missing a package right now, as it says it was delivered to my mailbox even though it wasn’t. I can’t just go door to door asking everyone in my subdivision if they have seen it. It’s crazy. And the merchant will not refund me because it is marked as delivered! I suspect they are stealing peoples things after marking/scanning it as delivered. I’ve also had to go up to the post office and pick up orders they can’t be bothered with delivering because it’s “too heavy” etc. Entire office and staff need to be replaced and they need to try again. It’s a shame black folks are always mistreating each other. We deserve nice and efficient services but we just cannot get it right or take pride in our work and services to each other. A shame. Do better!

I called today Monday July 22,2024 about a package I didn’t receive. The woman who answered the phone clearly didn’t want to be there. After I was very nice, didn’t raise my voice, no attitude, she couldn’t even wait to hang up the phone before she had to let an “omg” out. If you don’t like your job, find another one. I truly hope the post master calls back.

I don’t leave many reviews unless it is absolutely necessary. Yesterday I went to the USPS in Brandywine to ship out a package in the morning after they opened. A gentlemen literally walked in before me holding two packages and walked out seconds later. I get out of my car to make my way in the store and said “Hi” with a smile on my face as I walked up to the counter. The first thing this lady said was “I’m in the middle of something”. I’ve never walked in a store and been spoken to so rudely. She definitely looked like a middle aged woman, wore red glasses, and fair skin or light skinned. After she so rudely stated “I’m in the middle of something” I say “Okaaaayy” and make my way to the other counter waiting for someone to help. She says “no one is going to help you there” So I say “Well where do you want me to go” She says “Please stand behind the sign, thank youuu” but she says it in a very condescending tone. I was on the phone with my mother at the time so my mother heard how rude she was and obviously I wasn’t the only one who thought so. As I’m talking to my mother on the phone, my mother was highly upset and wanted to give this lady a piece of her mind. I then see an employee who worked there and asked who the boss was and unfortunately the rude woman was the boss. But I’m intelligent enough to know there’s always a chain of command and this lady CAN be fired. I am a US service member as well as a federal employee, so I deal with people very often and I know how to respect my elders, my soldiers, as well as the civilian population. The ONLY time you will ever get disrespect from me is if I am given disrespect. After this lady heard how upset at her tone I was, as I was telling her employee she came back to apologize SEVERAL times. She says that there are signs to wait until I am called by the clerk to the desk but even in knowing that there are still ways she could have kindly asked me to wait and I would have. I am the most patient customer anyone could have. I was the only one in the store and all I needed was for a package to be scanned and taken away. I was in this store for 20 min for a task that only took 3 minutes to do. This was my second time coming to this store and the first time I was there I didn’t have to wait, I walked up to the counter as I did this time and the lady who helped me was very polite. Again I was also the only one in the store that time as well. I definitely will not be coming to this USPS anymore. No wonder the ratings are so low. Do better.

Amazing how long it takes for our mail to from Brandywine to Brandywine. The attitude at the post office has changed a little bit better. Still go out of my way to Cheltenham to send important mail.

My packages coming out of this branch are constantly being sent to me half opened or punctured with holes in the packaging and this time someone stole my items from out of package and switched it with something I DID NOT ORDER. Be prepared cause there’s an investigation coming to this branch.

I never seen such worker, slow and damn! they don’t care. I check in at 3:15 and have to wait until 5:30 to get unloaded.
